Review What a difference a good agent makes! Ralph Binetti is an outstanding real estate agent. The first agent I hired had my house on the market for almost two months and there was only 25 total showings. She let 3 different offers fall through . Once we hired Ralph we had 22 showings in the first four days alone and and 3 different offers. We accepted the best offer and Ralph closed the deal within one week of it being listed with him. Ralph is extremely professional and was very helpful along the way. He gave great advice and helped stage the house. He is a super skilled and smart as well as professional and honest. Review If you are selling your home, Ralph Binetti is the only way to go. After unsuccessfully selling our home with another realtor last year, we took our home off the market. We hired Ralph this year and watched him get to work. Ralph cut no corners, and hired an incredible team (stager, photographer, drone photographer) to help us get our house ready. We put our house on the market during the covid-19 period, but still had an offer on the first day. The weeks leading up to closing were quite complicated and stressful, but Ralph calmly helped solve every problem. We closed on time without a hitch. DO NOT CHOOSE ANOTHER REALTOR. Review My wife and I have worked with several real estate agents over the years and we have never, repeat NEVER, worked with a more polished, professional, caring, and skillful agent than Ralph Binetti. From the first meeting, Ralph was thorough, proactive, and even though I'm sure he had other clientele, he never once made my wife or I feel as though he wasn't 100% dedicated to our transaction. Even after the point at which most agents no longer need to be involved (ie attorney review), Ralph made sure to call us frequently to ensure everything was progressing according to plan (and according to our comfort). He even let us borrow his truck to help us move (did I mention he has a truck?!?)! After several rather discouraging experiences with other agents, We'd pretty much written the whole profession off as a needless expense, but Ralph changed our whole outlook. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. We'd give 6 stars if we could!
