I felt utterly lost and confused trying to find a suitable new home to rent for my daughter and me. Raji stepped and helped me every step of the way. She was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my difficult situation. She was familiar with the Bay Area; she took the time to understand what I was looking for. She came back with some properties for me to look at. Every property she shared with me matched everything I was looking for, and she also included some other properties I might not have considered. She would plan my Saturdays and Sundays with properties to look at. She was extremely patient and did not try to get me to settle for anything I was not interested in. She went out of her way to research the properties she was showing me. If I found other properties, Raji would reach out and set up times for me to do a walk-through. Once I found properties I was interested in, Raji would reach out to the landlords, owners, and property managers and help me through the application process. Raji constantly went above and beyond to help me find my new rental. I felt that Raji genuinely cared about my situation and took an interest in helping me make a happy decision. Once I signed my lease, Raji was very helpful in setting me up with my utilities and addressing any other questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend Raji to anyone seeking a genuine agent who has your best interests in mind. I will contact Raji again when I want to find a new place or make my first home purchase in the future.
