ZillowVERIFIEDThe Lobo Group helped us not only find the perfect home, but made sure we didn't lose it. We didn't have the perfect selling experience, but that's no fault of the Lobo Group. One thing after the other went wrong in terms of lenders, appraisals and credits. It was just the perfect storm. My wife and I have great credit, but things just kept falling apart. The sellers were clearly trying to back out, which I get because it didn't seem like we were going to deliver, The Lobo group kept us all on track. They found us a new lender with an incredible rate(literally, the best rate you can get), they cooled the temperature of the sellers and kept my wife and I from losing our hair from stress. You can easily find houses on this website, or ones like it, on your own, but there is no way I would be writing this review in my new home if it wasn't for the team at the Lobo Group and everything they did for us. HIGHLY recommend for anyone even a little interested in buying a home.

The bottom line is that she and her team get things done, and get them done correctly. We're so grateful for the myriad bombs she helped diffuse during escrow, all due to her knowledge, tact, and personality. Without her, we likely would have lost not only our deposit but our new home as well. (Next time, I'll let Raisa refer a loan broker). And after the closing, through the first few weeks after we moved in, she was in constant contact, always available if something came up. I have dealt with two other agents in the past few years, one felt incompetent while the other untrustworthy so when looking for the agents to sell my condo, I knew what I did and didn't want. I contacted about 10 agents, interviewed 3 of those in person, and it was clear from the get go that the Coffman/Lobo team were the best choice. The sushi dinner wasn't a bad way to confirm that, either! I was happy that they held open houses every weekend, unlike others in the building, to get the most foot traffic possible. The Monday updates about the showings and market were a good way to get all the information without being too bombarded. I liked being able to text for simple things and have a phone call if the matter was more intricate. I really loved that I could docusign everything and didn't have much work to do on my end. What really confirmed that I had hired the best agents was when Annie and Raisa handled so much of the water damage issue. From talking to my insurance to setting up the remediation, I was very pleased with their initiative and I do not believe most other agents would have helped so much. Personally, I think Annie and Raisa are extremely likable, professional and knowledgeable and that goes a long way in real estate. I could be honest with them and knew their opinions were based on experience and fact so I felt like I could trust and follow their lead. I would definitely recommend the Coffman/Lobo team to others and will contact them when I am ready to sell my current and find my next home!
