We worked with her database where she kept uploading new house variants based on our feedback, needs, budget, and time constraints (we wanted to move in into a new house in less than 2 months!). She consulted us on the value of homes if that would be a good purchase for the long-term or not, and that was very helpful. She provided additional information on the houses that weren't published in the ads. Finally, we found a house we wanted, but we needed to move in sooner than the sellers expected to sell it. I was almost embarrassed to ask Raina, because her share would be so small, but because of her enormous compassion, she worked over and above my expectations, and ended up making a very small commission. It took much research and many house visits, but she found a lovely home in a very nice neighborhood, much better than i ever believed my client could afford. She then furnished names of painters, carpenters, and plumbers. I am still amazed that she was able to sift through the mass of possible houses to find the perfect one. I would recommend her to anybody!

Upon first meeting, she spoke about the market price tags for the houses in my neighborhood and shown me a few examples of houses up and off the market recently. She reassured me with confidence that the current US recession situation has little to no affect to what may come forth to selling my house. That's a plus!Raina also does a great job upkeeping the communications through modern technology means. There may be a few times when she couldn't be reached over the phone (simply because she's really busy). But she does make sure to follow up any missed calls. For my listing, she maintains a schduling summary which automatically emails me when a potential buyer visits my house. And once a week, I'll get an auto-email about all the visits made so far, some with reviews.Upon closing up to sell my house, Raina does a great job negotiating with the client and myself. She's not very pushy or rushing to sell, the decision is always in my hands. The entire sales closing process is very smooth and efficient where neither end of the transaction would waste much time at all.Raina also has a vast connective network to work with my needs for my house maintenance. When Raina took over as my representative, I was working in another city 4 hours away. She's able to provide me with lawn services, carpentry, plumbing, etc. at a good price.
