I was purchasing my first house, and it could not have gone better thanks to Rafi. He was there throughout the entire process. He helped find the mortgage lender, home inspector, attorney and any necessary contractors. Rafi even waited and met some of them at the property if I was too busy with work. Rafi was a joy to work with throughout the whole buying process. He really made my wife and I feel very confident as we took each step in the process and he helped us navigate the steps well. He was always very prepared every time we would meet, and it was obvious he studied up on the area and properties we looked at. Rafi was patient and thorough in explaining and answering our questions and concerns and we never felt rushed or pressured by him. His professionalism was the best of any realtor I have worked with in the past, and yet he was very easy to talk with and be ourselves with. We got into the house we wanted at the price we really felt comfortable with.
