I WILL START BY THANKING !!! Thank you very much for filling our family with joy and for helping us to fulfill one of the greatest goals that a family could wish for, a house of its own, A HOME, THE HOUSE OF OUR DREAMS. Behind this desired result, there is deep work, effort, teamwork, management and research, proceeding correctly, acting positively, pushing. When I was little, they taught me to compare and that is the reason why today I can confirm that the Realtor PIERINA CANCINO, is one of the best specialists that can exist, simple, industrious, intelligent, calm, flexible, advisory, educational, of an immense patience, extremely serious, using the truth as a cover, he was able to reduce his own profit to credit us a greater amount used to improve our financing, this action is from another GALAXY, if they paid me I could not freely and openly express all the positive that was for us his representation, my opinion in a few words, was PERFECT !!!! Note: With Pierina's permission, I would like to be able to embody one more name, Nicolas, NICK the champion of champions, calculating, managing, proposing, looking for solutions, adjusting your true needs to your true budget, with absolute control of his activity and his management. I would like to conclude with a simple expression: IF YOU REALLY WANT TO OBTAIN A PROPERTY AS IMPORTANT FOR INVESTMENT OR AS YOUR OWN HOME, DO NOT HESITATE TO LOOK FOR,"THE PERFECT DUO" "THANK YOU AND MANY BLESSINGS" ??

Let me start by stating that we know many realtors! My husband and I happened to stumble upon her by mere coincidence and her receptiveness along with her patience is what set her apart from the ones we already knew! She responds quickly, she is thorough in every aspect, and she will get the information you need if she doesnt already know it! We are very impressed with her professionalism and she is the real estate agent that you want! Thank you Pierina for your guidance throughout this exciting yet, scary and legal process! Kudos to you and your career!

Excelent realtor, she took care of everything during the process. Always attentive to customer needs. In my case I rented in North Miami near the beach, we were looking for a beautifull apartment and she founded exactly what we want.

Rafael is a great realtor. He helped me sell my home with a bidding war. Now he helps me buy investment properties and always finds me a great deal. Definitely using him and his team for my next few homes.

I had a great experience using Ralph Rivas as my realtor to sell my home. He provides professional, knowledgeable, first-class service and I could not be happier with the results. Ralph was always accessible and available to answer all of my questions which assured me that I was in very capable hands throughout the entire process. You can depend on Ralph to work around the clock to get the job done. He worked diligently to ensure everything went smoothly and, for that reason, I would highly recommend Ralph to all of my friends and family for their real estate needs!

Best Realtor in town! Thank you for all the hard work and dedication you put into finding me my perfect home. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with you made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Mission accomplished! I also cant thank you enough for selling my property so fast. Your efficient sale process, brought in multiple offers, all way above asking price and I was able to sell and buy within 2 months. It was a crazy ride, during these last two months but I was finally able to buy the perfect home in my price range and even in the neighborhood I loved the best! I definitely could not have done this without you, you were there every step of the way during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. I hope that I will be in this home for many years to come, but when it is time to move again, I will definitely call Ralph! I recommend him so very highly.

Words can not discribe the effort and determination Rafael Rivas took in locating the perfect spot for my family. He knew exactly what I was looking for, paid special attention to my family's concerns and landed us in the perfect place. If there were an additional star to make apply to this review I'd be the first to select it. I'd definitely advise others to take the time and give Rafael a try as he will not come short of meeting or exceeding your expectations! Thanks again Ralph.

Let me first start with something I think we can all relate to. Most agents always have money on their mind first, this means that the client then becomes just another number. Working with Rafael was a completely different experience than other agents. Rafael made sure that the house we wanted was indeed because we wanted it and we never felt rushed into making a decision. He took his time and made his best efforts to find exactly what we needed within our criteria. I have never been more pleased. Rafael made buying a house a pleasure rather than a chore. If any of you reading this are already working with someone, forget about it and contact Rafael, I promise you that he will not let you down.
