She even went ahead and got quotes from different service companies for some repairs we identified during the inspection. Rae truly went above and beyond in how much she helped me with the purchase of my new home, and she has continued to follow-up with me since closing on the progress of some initial repairs. I would HIGHLY recommend Rae to anyone looking for a quality realtor, but especially to a new home-buyer. If I ever sell this home, I will definitely turn to Rae first.

The sale of the house fell through three times. I was desperate. A dear friend recommended Rae. She worked diligently as my realtor. She sold the house, from beginning to closing, in about three weeks. In fact, she is now my realtor for my condo on the beach. Here again she's working tirelessly to get it sold. ZillowVERIFIED Rae helped us put our house on the market and then went the extra mile to hook up with an attorney who handled short sales. She stayed on point throughout the entire process and kept us up to date with "progress reports" on a weekly basis at the minimum. She was integral in getting the buyer to react favorably to the bank's counter-offer and closing the deal. If we were to ever decide to move back to Tampa, Rae would be our only choice for a realtor.
