After several months of debating if we were truly ready to start the hunt for our first home, my husband and I matched with Racquel through Zillow which was the best thing that could have happened as a couple who did not know anything about the home buying process. Racquel walked us through the very basics without making us feel dumb or unprepared, and at each home we toured, she helped us pick up bits and pieces of knowledge along the way that ultimately led us to our dream home. After spending just one afternoon with Racquel, it became clear just how much expertise she has in her field, because she pointed out potential problems/expenses that we never would have distinguished on our own (even on homes that we truly thought were contenders).
