ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience was 3.5 up to 4 Racquel is very knowledgeable but I didnt feel she had my best interest at heart. I would recommend her with this understanding that you must have legitimate legal representation to have your best interests. There were a few things that I didnt obtain during this transaction which I was very disappointed. However overall it was definitely a 3.5 or 4. I did explain my frustration with her and we disagreed. FYI legal representation is your responsibility not your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Racquel was absolutely GREAT to work with! Her professionalism and expertise made the whole process of marketing and selling our property painless. She answered my many questions patiently and offered extremely thoughtful advice many times during the sale. Late one Friday afternoon she even drove across town to retrieve a set of house keys! That's just one example of the several times she went "beyond the call of duty". Racquel is definitely who we'll work with in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED 5-Star Service. If you want a knowledgeable, capable, helpful, responsive and efficient realty team you MUST go with The Ludaway Group. I first became acquainted with Racquel when I purchased my home and she acted as my buyers agent. I promised her when I sold I would have her act as the sellers agent. Many approached me, but I wanted to remain loyal and get the job done right.I sold my home while working and residing in another city 150 miles away. Whatever I requested they obliged.( I would encourage you to have someone give you an overview of the process, so you know what to expect , what to ask for, and what team member to follow-up with.) I was the party that faltered along the journey, but did they ever make me feel bad? No. Did they go above and beyond to make sure we were ready for closing? Yes. This does not mean you abuse them b/c they are so gracious. But truly appreciate them during the process b/c you will not encounter this level of service with home buying/selling.Racquels team comprising of Leticia and Lara work seamlessly to ensure that your questions are answered and needs are met. Racquel initially linked me with my lender that I will be using on my next purchase. And b/c I trust her so, she is giving me referrals for my next agent. Her team and professional contacts are solid. You cannot go wrong with this team. I adore Racquel and she has surrounded herself with a team that mirrors her awesomeness!

ZillowVERIFIED The Ludaway group and Chloe Shook did an excellent job helping me find a house and get my offer excepted! I was very pleased with Chloe's professionalism. She responded to text message and calls in a timely fashion. She was always available to show me houses and had great advice. She helped put my mind at ease and reduce any anxiety I had about the home buying process. She went above and beyond helping me with this process and I am now in a beautiful home that I am satisfied and grateful for.

ZillowVERIFIED Racquel is an all around ROCKSTAR! I was impressed from the very first interaction. Her team quickly responded to my weekend inquiry and connected me with Racquel as soon as her flight landed. Shortly after, it became very clear that her experienced team had know-how, the infrastructure, and the relationships with others (high quality lenders, inspectors, etc) that it takes to start and complete deals in a timely and reliable fashion. In addition, it was also very easy and enjoyable to partner with Racquel. Overall, shes a super savvy real estate agent who is professional, personable, and very responsive emails, all of which helped us get an edge in such a competitive sellers market. She has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently used Racquel Ludaway as my selling realtor and I couldn't be happier with the process. She was very knowledgeable of the area, and listed my home for a competitive price. We received more offers than we could handle. We listed the property on Friday and was in contract by Monday. After going into contract her team help stay on top of important dates and gave us a play by play, so there were no surprises. Overall a seemless process and I highly recommends her.

ZillowVERIFIED Racquel and her team recently helped us navigate the very perilous Columbus real estate market. If the Columbus real estate market isn't enough of a challenge, we bought the home in Ohio from Colorado. Racquel served as our eyes, screening homes before we made offers based on the pictures only. Obviously, not the ideal way to purchase a home, but we didn't have a lot of options. She was patient, helpful and a genuine pleasure to deal with.We would strongly recommend Racquel and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our house in Pickerington, OH with Racquel Ludaway as our realtor. Start to Finish, she did exceptionally good work selling our house within a month and a half. We found her to be efficient, dependable, and goal-oriented. She has the rare quality in her working relationships of staying on task and getting things done in a timely manner. She was with us through every step of the process, and we would highly recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED At our first meeting with Racquel she outlined everything she recommended we do to expedite the sale of the house and noted what she and her team would do as well. We did what she suggested and she did everything she promised. The house was in contract in less than a week and moved through to closing with no problems. We were very pleased with the whole process. Thank you so much!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home for the first time can be very stressful at times, but having Sarah there to work with us through the process helped tremendously. From the start, we knew we could trust her because it was obvious that she had our best interest in mind. She was always willing to meet with us no matter the time and was very quick to get us answers to the (many) questions we had. We learned a lot from her along the way and we would highly recommend her to others!

ZillowVERIFIED Racquel did wonderful job representing me as a seller. She is an excellent negotiator and stayed in constant contact with me through some difficult twists and turns from potential buyers. I originally met her when she represented a buyer for another property I sold FSBO. I was so impressed with her real estate and people skills, I chose her to represent me when selling the next house. I will not hesitate to call her again whether I am buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Racquel Ludaway was outstanding! Upon first connecting with Racquel, I was very doubtful in my ability to purchase a home. In no time she had connected me with an incredible lender and I was preapproved! Without hesitation, Ms. Ludaway contacted me to gather information on what I was looking for in a home. She was unbelievably easy to contact with questions and quickly set up times for me to view homes that worked with my crazy schedule! Her knowledge and expertise in making an offer and negotiations were phenomenal! With her help, I was in contract with a home I adored within 24 hours!
