Rachelle Willhite

She epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of business. Growing up in South King County, she started her real estate career by purchasing her first investment home in Burien as a teenager. She also worked for a real estate start-up company expanding nationally. Rachelle has since built a successful 20 year career in the Seattle area representing sellers, buyers, and investors in both residential and commercial endeavors.

A business and industry leader, Rachelle has served as President Elect for Women's Council of Realtors, a member of the Data Use Task Force with the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, and served on various local community and church organizations. Currently she serves as the Secretary for Northwest Independent Brokers Association and on the Finance Committee for the Northwest Multiple Listing Service . Rachelle gets her initiative and zest for life from her late grandma who was "feisty, yet hardworking" and her late father who was "patient and always positive". This same zeal and leadership style drives Rachelle's passion for achievement and inspires others.

Rachelle has established a productive real estate firm in the Puget Sound region with nearly 300 seasoned real estate brokers. She is driven to assist and train each of her brokers to best grow their own respective businesses and has overseen over 10,000 complicated real estate listings and sales. Her successful leadership style is proven by impressive year over year profitability.

Spending time in the outdoors, hiking the Cascades, or kayaking the Sound with her husband and children provides Rachelle continuing inspiration and balance.
