Most of my business comes from repeat and referrals, it is important that you know a little bit about me. I have been independently practicing real estate since 2018; however, I have a decade of combined real estate office administration and title & escrow experience plus over 20 years business administration, management, and accounting backed by a degree in Communications. My philosophy is I am all things to everyone, I am a realtor who specializes in representing Buyers & Sellers in Colville and its surrounding areas. I work with a handful of clients at a time managing their transactions from beginning to end; this allows me to be available to answer questions for my clients from our first meeting, then ultimately to the Closing table and beyond. When you hire me, you work directly with me. It's my knowledge and relationships in the community and my experience that define what I do and how I do it. Selling a home in any market can be a challenge. While the market can be up or down, hundreds of homes are sold each year in our area.
