We were interested in buying a property listed by Bradford Lack and it was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences l've had in real estate. Critical documents were not delivered on time aEUR" a basic responsibility in any real estate transaction - and as a result, the sale fell through entirely. Even more concerning, he attempted to claim the earnest deposit despite the failed sale being the direct result of his own errors. This was not a misunderstanding - it was negligence, and it created serious financial and legal risk for us. Buyers and sellers should be extremely cautious. If a realtor can't manage deadlines or contracts, they shouldn't be handling other people's money or properties.

Brad Lack was my realtor to sell an investment property I had out of state. He is knowledgeable, understanding and no-nonsense. Brad helped guide us through purchasing our first home. He helped explain exactly what to look for to determine if it was well maintained. He taught us about the various appliances in the home and how to maintain them properly. He also let us know about potential problems and how they could create issues in the future. Additionally, he helped explain the different hurdles to jump through for filing documents with the city, and even handled our property transfer documents with city hall on our behalf.He led us through about 10 homes, with us backing out of two offers due to issues found. Never did he express any irritation during our showings with little notice beforehand, and even showed homes well beyond his normal operating radius. Additionally, we never felt pressured to purchase a home.He navigated discussions with sellers on our behalf, and we never felt like there were any items slipping through the cracks.
