ZillowVERIFIEDRachel was great thru the entire process of buying a home. She worked hard on finding a lender for me. She was a great communicator and advocate for me. I came to Sarasota from Illinois and had two days to find a property. Rachel hit the ground running from viewing and financing, to inspection. I don?t believe my search would have been as successful without Rachel. She?s just amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel was very professional during the entire process. This was my first time purchasing a home and she was extremely helpful. If I could give her 10 ?? i would. I don?t plan on moving anytime soon , but if I ever do she will definitely be the first person I contact. Thank you for everything Rachel!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel was very responsive when we went looking for a Realtor in southwest Florida. She sent regular emails showing us properties in our price-range. We ended up going with a different realtor, just because we found one in the town we were looking to buy in, and Rachel was an hour-and-half away. I would highly recommend Rachel.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel was a great realtor. I had been looking for awhile for a home with no success. I called and left a message for a house for sale and Rachel contacted me. She was the first person to bother to contact me back. That house was no longer available but Rachel explained to me how a realtor works and whatever places I wanted to see she set up appointments with me. I work late hours and she was willing to work with my schedule. She took me to see places all over the Bradenton and Palmetto area. I felt so bad she even met me to see a great house but it was in a not so nice neighborhood. She didn?t mind and didn?t say anything until I said I couldn?t stay in that area. She helped us find a mortgage lender and helped with any questions we had on paperwork. Almost 6 months later she is still willing to help when we need it. Thank you Rachel.
