ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a wonderful experience working with Rachel. She knew what kind of house we wanted and always got us in to see listings right away. During the buying process, she kept us updated all the time. Rachel was always prepared with great recommendations for contractors and inspectors, too. She kept a great line of communication going with us and the other agent. Her team was wonderful as well. We are very grateful for her help in getting us our new home.
ZillowVERIFIEDRachel did an excellent job assisting us with both selling our condo and purchasing another one. She showed expertise in determining a competitive selling and purchasing price in the market with careful consideration to our personal situation. She is very involved in all aspects of the process. Rachel is friendly and responds in a timely manner with great advice. It was a great pleasure working with her.
ZillowVERIFIEDRachel was referred to us at a time when we were relocating for Work. My fiancA(C) and I had an urgent and unrealistic timeframe to find a home. Rachel was a tenacious and patient guide. She worked through our panicked moments, tantrums, both in person and over the phone, she worked with our weekend traveling schedules. I think one of the things that sticks out in memory is Rachel had her ear to the ground. We would be in a showing and she would say something else came up. Lets go see that. When you find someone that helps you jump on the deal as quickly as possible you actually get what you want. Rachel was an excellent advisor, she is extremely knowledgeable about the area, about pricing and seller temperature. Rachel gave us the push we needed when we found our home. She made it happen for us. What else do you need to know? If we get into the market again, shes the one I'm calling. I cant thank her enough. We were able to jump on our home the first day it went on the market and I do believe its because she was invested and passionate about her work that we didnt miss the opportunity. When you do what you love it shows.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first-time homebuyer, Rachel made an otherwise daunting task the smoothest process I could've asked for. She worked very hard with negotiations, helping with scheduling inspections, appraisals, as well as any other miscellaneous matters and concerns throughout the escrow process in ensuring that I had the utmost peace of mind and confidence in closing on my new home. Most of all, though, her kindness, generosity, and positive attitude helped keep me afloat through it all. I cannot thank her enough. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to close on a new home within the Los Angeles area!
ZillowVERIFIEDRachel was a great real estate agent to work with! As first time home owners, we had a lot of questions and Rachel was very knowledgeable, informative, and always willing to get us answers. Its very comforting to know your real estate agent is there for you with your best interest in mind, and she always made it feel like we were a part of a strong partnership. I would definitely recommend working with Rachel and her team!
ZillowVERIFIEDThis was my first time buying a home and through the process, Rachel walked me through it, explaining each step so I too, understood what was going on. She was on top of everything and always did exactly what she said what she was going to which is very important and why I trusted her advice when I needed guidance. I would recommend her to everyone who is looking to buy a home, she has my business and referral for life!
