ZillowVERIFIEDTHERE ARE NOT ENOUGH STARS FOR THIS WOMAN!! When selling your house, looking to buy, and moving, there are so many things you dont think about or anticipate. With Rachel, you dont have to; trust me when I say, shes on top of it! No matter the question or concern we had, she had the answer and/or solution. She stayed in constant contact the entire process, and made the overwhelming things, quite simply, just easy. She went above and beyond what I would consider a realtor to do. We couldnt have chosen a better realtor for the job, and I'm pleased to know there are some people still willing to go the extra mile in the performance of their work. THANK YOU, RACHEL!!

ZillowVERIFIED We looked at a lot of houses and Rachel was always willing to work with our schedule. As a first time home buyer I was glad to have someone who was willing to explain and answer any questions I had about the process and happy to find the answers to any other questions about the listings I was viewing.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel was referred to me by a co-worker who had to sell her home quick due to a transfer. Rachel sold her home in 30 days. I was in the same position. She came very prepared will the comps of my neighborhood and active buyers. She suggested a price and I had a contract on my home in 40 days and was very satisfied with the agreement. She made one simple suggestion from her years of experience that closed the sale on my home. You will need to call her to find out that secret. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Rachel for such an outstanding job!!!

This was my first time selling a home and Rachel couldn't have made it any better easier if she tried! Rachel went above and beyond at every turn. I was in a unique situation where I wasn't local at the time of the sale, and she made it absolutely hassle free. Amazing. I can't thank her or say enough good things about her. If you need to sell your house quickly, without hassle and with great communication, hire Rachel!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel was professional and welcoming from the first minute I met her. She worked with me for several weeks helping me to find my first home. She was so patient throughout the process, encouraging me that we would find the perfect home for me and my family even when I was starting to lose hope that it was out there. She is very knowledgeable of the area in which I was interested and found several listings to take me to see. Rachel found me the home I wanted and took care of things that I had no idea I even needed. Altogether, I couldn't imagine buying a house without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel helped us find a building for our animal ER hospital. She was great in really searching for an appropriate building knowing we had very certain and special needs for our building. We still use her to this day for anyone new employees coming to town who need to find a home or rental, we send them all to her!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel Nufrio, is not a relative nor a business affilate. She is the most professional and knowledgable agent I have ever worked with. At this time Rachel has assisted me in both buying and selling four (4) properties. Within two months (2) I will again list.I have had no issues or problems with any of the above contracts. The consulting, advice andexperiences is why Rachel Nufrio will remain my agent.I am,Carmen Q fuller
