Rachel helped us to get familiar with the entire purchase process and help us to line out the timeline. Unlike some agents we contacted, Rachel proactively learned our requirements and preference. After we decide the type and location, Rachel helped us to arrange house visits for all available inventories on the market. During COVID-19, the market was very competitive and we were surprised that she could arrange all of them for a weekend tour. For our final offer, our price was not the highest. Rachel pulled the strings and helped us to make a counter-offer in 30min. It was unbelievable and we purchased our final house at a very reasonable price. Overall, we feel lucky to work with Rachel and look forward to working with her again.
