She's super responsive, always there in a timely manner, can answer any questions, and knows San Francisco through and through! We first started working with Rachel during the middle of 2020, while the pandemic was at its worst, back then we only started thinking about buying a home in San Francisco. We didn't know how hard the market was, what areas we liked, the state of the houses, or anything about the buying process. Rachel was there every step of the way, she helped us set up a time for every home we wanted to see, there were no open homes back then! She explained how the buying process works and when would be a good time to buy, whether the market is a seller's or buyer's market, and how the seasons usually go when comes to pricing and inventory. She told us about the different neighborhoods in the city, pricing differences, and overall vibe which helped us focus on a specific area we eventually fall in love with. We gave a few offers for different homes, and during every offer stage, Rachel helped us pick the price that was right for us and gave us insight into where the market is at that moment in time. She managed every offer process very very well. Eventually, after 2 years, we found a place we really loved, Rachel helped us there too and we were able to close the condo, and even after closing she's still connecting us to contractors, and other people she knows that can help us renovate and start our new life in the best way possible!
