Rachel represented me as I was selling the condo and I had a top tier, quality experience that I was not aware could be had selling a property. Rachel not only suggested a few minor projects that drastically increased the asking price, not only provided skilled and knowledgeable contractors to get the projects completed with quality workmanship and professionalism but also explained the entire situation and process for doing the painting, concrete cleaning, wood polishing and buffing, washing the walls and ceilings just before the open house and even the specific interior decorations that she provided. The actual final sales price was almost 100k more than the original discussed asking price once Rachel had dialed in the condo to her exquisite standards. This is in addition to litigation involving the HOA property management company and groups of homeowners being on going during sales duration, Rachel kept all parties engaged and informed so the sale was completed and was done correctly. The escrow time duration doubled from the original requested time frame and through diligence and perseverance Rachel kept the buyer engaged and interested even as the VA condo approval for the complex expired and the lawyers representing the HOA and property management company became unresponsive. Rachel is not just highly recommended by myself and the buyers but I don't know of any other realtor that I would consider representing me when I purchase my next property. 5 stars is not enough for the level of dedication the work accomplished, her professionalism and dedication. If you are using any other realtor you should reconsider your choice and let Rachel Turner become the realtor you trust and will use for as long as she's available represent and be a Realtor.

When we decided to sell the land, we thought it was going to take a long time since there was no structure on it. Rachel was able to sell the land for a great price and was sold faster than expected. We had a little problem with changing out the titles with multiple owners in the past. Rachel and her team were able to find the solution quickly without us spending extra money to get it resolved.
