Rachels very organized way of arriving at a solution helped me with the stressful journey of selling a house. While she was helping me paint, caulk, declutter personal items, so its a neutral stage for buyers, helped me purge & personally brought to Goodwill usable items, she also sent me links for potential places where I can relocate as I downsize. We had several offers within 3 days after the open house. Expertly negotiated with buyers agents even to the point of helping the other party when their agents are not present. She was always on time for appointments.
