Rachel is an exceptional agent who cares about you. Buying my first home was a milestone I approached with equal parts excitement and apprehension. I wanted an agent that would be patient with me but quick with everyone else and that's how Rachel was. From start to finish, she was exceptionally responsive, answering every question I had (and I had a lot!) with patience and clarity, educating me throughout the entire process, making sure that I was making the right decisions. I really felt that she was looking out for my best interests. Additionally, she was on top of everything. Deadlines, paperwork, and even the smallest details were handled before I could even think of them. She handled everyone in the home buying process with grace and professionalism yet she didn't wait around for answers either, she went after them, reducing my anxiety and speeding up the process. In Search of Expertise go with Rachel. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Rachel! From the moment I found her on the Zillow "Find an Agent" app, she went above and beyond to help me find my dream home. I never thought I would actually secure the house I wanted, but her dedication and expertise made it happen. What truly impressed me was her willingness to do the work for me without any formal commitment at the beginning. She was always available to answer my questions and provided invaluable guidance throughout the entire process. She put me in contact with a wonderful mortgage broker, and went to bat for me with negotiations and showed that she knew her craft. Her professionalism and genuine care for me was evident in everything she did. She played babysitter for my daughter when I did my walkthrough, she got me airborne when I wasn't we'll just to name a few of the above and beyond things Rachel did outside of the scope of the job. She will provide you with a network of every person you will ever need to service your home and she stays in touch after the sale. Bought me a wonderful apple pie on my birthday/ Thanksgiving which was a full month after my closing.
