ZillowVERIFIED Rachel and her team are the best in Lancaster and Berks Counties!! Rachel has sold several homes for me over the past several years and I have in turn used her as a buyers' agent as well. Her knowledge and experience in the local market set her apart because she actually uses that experience to YOUR benefit. She will not overprice a property just to meet your goals. She sets prices that the market will allow you sell quickly and buy appropriately!! She should be your only call if you are looking to buy or sell a home in this area.

ZillowVERIFIED Knowledgeable and highly skilled real estate agent and home staging professional. Rachel helped me purchase a new home and sell an existing home in fall of 2018. The home I purchased was on the market for 1 day. She immediately scheduled a showing, advised me on price and comparable homes and promptly got my offer to the listing agent. When we found a couple items of concern in the home inspection, she did a wonderful job negotiating in my favor. Once it became time to list my current property, she new exactly how to stage my home, guide me in exactly what things to do around the house to prepare for the market (and what not to do as well) and used professional photography. ZillowVERIFIED We met Rachel at an open house and liked her very much. She was very knowledgeable and she really listened to what we were looking for. We had a house to sell and she actually got us quite a bit more than what another realtor had told us we could get. We put our house on the market because we had a verbal agreement with a new house we liked but the very next day the builder got a cash offer so we were back to looking for another home. Rachel told us not to worry she knew what we were looking for. Our house sold in eleven days and Rachel was on the ball. She showed us a new house and negotiated to get us a great deal! There were a few things I had really wanted in the house and she negotiated to have them put in! ZillowVERIFIED We have been debating about writing this review but we think its good to be honest. Rachel helped us buy and sell our home. The process of selling our home was a breeze with Rachel. Once it came to buying our new home..thats when things went wrong. We were able to customize a majority of things in our home and went to the companies to choose our flooring/cabinets. She was not responsive and took days to get back to us when it came to our new home. We asked her to delay messages to the builder to make sure certain things were done and the message were forgotten. As we walked through our home, the things we wanted done were not. During closing on our home, she showed up 10 minutes before we were DONE with the settlement with her kid. So now, months later after we were told the things would be fixed, they were not. Two months after we purchased our home and were living in it, she asked if we would be able to show our home because there were no model homes available to show. We thought we would give her another chance in a benefit of the doubt, so we let her show the future buyers our home. I did also bring up about the two changes that needed to be done and she told me she will get back to me and still no answers. I am very saddened to write this review but i do think it is necessary for future buyers/sellers to be aware of.

Our home had an offer after the first showing, and Rachel skillfully guided us through the process of knowing when to accept and when to hold tight. We were under agreement in 8 days, and she made sure our buyers and their Realtor were doing everything they needed to to have a successful, on-time closing. Throughout the entire process of listing, preparing the home, discussing our selling price, showings, etc.... Rachel thoroughly explained in detail every step of the way what we should expect. There were no surprises along the way and we felt totally prepared for every step in the process. She is extremely knowledgeable in her profession and at the time of settlement there were no issues or glitches and everything went quickly and smoothly. She is very easy to work with, keeping in mind her client's wishes and doing everything she can to fulfill them. Rachel also had a very good understanding of the local culture that is very unique to Lancaster County and knows how to work in that environment. She worked tirelessly for us and the process was seemless.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel was great throughout the process of finding a home to buy. She was very patient as we took our time with the search and limited the area where we really wanted to live. Her knowledge of new construction is very extensive and she knows the area very well. The four star rating (i.e. not five star) is really because I wish she would've been more vocal during the negotiation discussions. She really didn't add much to the decision regarding our initial offer and she wasn't a strong advocate when we discovered that the sellers hadn't fixed something that we had agreed upon in contract. Everything worked out in the end and I was able to get a good response from the seller's agent, but I could've used Rachel's help in this regard.
