We were very impressed with the quality of their marketing materials including various flyers, stylish take-away sheets, door-hangers etc, as well as the extent of their marketing across all the real estate websites, and broker catalogues. The photography of our home was fantastic, and it was so beautifully displayed and described on it's own custom website, that we fell in love with it all over again and for a split-second it made us think twice about whether we really wanted to sell! ZillowVERIFIED Jerry helped us buy our first home four years ago, and when it came time to sell that same home, we knew immediately that Jerry was our guy. We had a tough scenario. We had already put in a contingent offer to a new place, and we HAD to sell within 21 days and close escrow within 60 days. (The average sale time in our area was about two months at that point.) Jerry was a miracle worker. We sold our place the day after our first open house and closed escrow within 36 days. And we managed to do a concurrent close on our new place as well. Jerry, Rachel, and their whole team were communicative throughout the whole process. They created a custom website and had a professional photographer shoot beautiful photos of our place. Jerry had wonderful advice for our new place, even though he wasn't our buying agent (we went with the seller's agent, a decision we totally regret). ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I purchased our first home from Jerry and Rachel, we were excited about our new purchase but Jerry took all the fun, trust, and joy out of the process.Even after our offer was accepted Jerry consistently harassed our broker about a backup saying that if we accepted the findings of the inspectors our offer would be rejected. Jerry and Rachel had little to no respect for us as buyers and took every small request we such as having the owners provide proof of insurance during the leaseback as a burden or not necessary.Throughout the process Jerry commented many times that he was doing us a favor as they had a higher offer that they did not accept, such added stress and pressure was only diminishing the joy of the process. During the negotations Jerry and his clients agreed to certain things to remain with house, including 4 very large pots planted with fruit trees, upon close his clients removed the pots and trees saying "those pots were not included, but the small Wallmart bought ones were." Lastly, after the sale of the house we asked Jerry to remove his sign from our property, yet he never did, it stood on our property as advertising for them long after the close even after we asked him repeatedly to move it. Overall, Jerry and his wife were underhanded, nasty, and vindictive but my wife and I were focused on the house and believe that is the real price here.

ZillowVERIFIED I chose Jerry and Rachel among several similarly qualified and reputable realtors because they knew my neighborhood best (Picfair Village) and in my experience, the best salespeople sell what they know. My house was on the market a total of 6 days, after which I received multiple offers, all of them at or above the asking. Jerry and Rachel were knowledgeable, professional, responsive and above all, ethical. There were absolutely no strong-arm tactics, grand standing, over-selling or trying to obliterate the negotiating position of the buyer (who had her own realtor who had no problem stretching the truth in the presentation of facts and risking the entire deal by using cheap tricks and ploys, all of which are a total turn off to me). Instead, Jerry and Rachel do what all the best people in any business do, and that is rely upon facts and market factors like demand and available inventory, and draw upon their own experience in order to negotiate and close deals, including the one involving my home. I will always seek out and choose people like Jerry and Rachel, and so should you.

ZillowVERIFIED After contacting and speaking with both Rachel and Jerry in reference to a listing they had, we asked that they would represent us on the purchase so our offer could be considered or refer us to another agent within their brokerage. They stated to us they would represent us ,however, they were unresponsive and never returned emails, text or phone calls during the time frame allotted per the listing. We had no chance to submit an offer in time and we later noticed that the property was already under contract.(which we are certain they represented another buyer on the purchase off). Whether we received an acceptance or not, it is a fiduciary duty of a licensed real estate agent to work in good faith and to adhere to their obligation as licensed agent to represent each potential purchaser equally. This was simply not the case and its unfortunate that being so new to the business that they would not want to build their business off of referrals and positive experiences with their prospective clients. They should at least have the decency convey to us that they would not represent us so we could seek outside assistance, not tie us up with empty promises they had no intentional of fulfilling. After attempting to contact their brokerage it was apparent to us from another associate within the office that this is a practice and pattern of how this married couple conducts business. Everyone has their own view on ethics, but this was clearly an unethical act on their part. It is disturbing to continuously see their information illustrated on Zillow when they are NOT the agents any client would desire if you want equal opportunity or ethics displayed on a real estate transaction.
