ZillowVERIFIED Rachel was an awesome realtor! I would show her a house I liked, then she would immediately set up a time to see it, always working with my busy schedule. I was new to this doing it on my own, and she answered all my questions. She went above and beyond. We had a little speed bump in the contract process with the house I was buying, and she set up a few more house to look at and broke down the differences with all 4 of the houses and compared them. Which I felt like she didnt have to do that for me. She would always respond to me fast, and I never had to wait long for answers. I will recommend her to everyone I know looking to buy a house, or trying to sell theirs.

While I'm fairly certain Rachel wasnt as expierenced with land purchases as city ones she did her homework and made sure we got a great deal and we were protected with the various warranties that people in the city wouldn't even know about. She worked all hours always answered all our questions and even helped us find a mortgage broker when our bank didn't want to finance or dream. I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I had just come through a very bad experience with another realtor when I was referred to Rachel. So suffice it to say, I was a bit "gun-shy". Rachel turned out to be AMAZING! Just what I needed. She listened to what I was looking for in a home and did a great deal of homework and preparation prior to scheduling the tours of potential houses. Even though I was looking in an area that was a bit remote she never hesitated driving all the way up to show me a number of houses. She met me on time every time, and was prepared with documentation/information about each property. She had an eye for detail and noticed little things I did not catch.
