    Answered Questions

Do buyers agents get paid the same as the sellers agent?

Good Afternoon, All commissions are completely negotiable. I am a Broker in North Carolina. As a Listing Agent I normally split the Commission offered by the seller with the agent that brings the winning Buyer Offer. Please check your state and local rules and regulations.

How can someone become a house flipper?

Great Questions! TO flip homes, you do not have to have a Real Estate License, unless you are selling it for another party. Question 2. I work with several investors that are starting out. First you would want the capital or finance through a lender that provides a loan for your venture. QUESTION 3: YES YES YES, I love working with investors and walking them through every step. I have represented over 40 homes for my clients. PLEASE NOTE: Not all Realtors are familiar with all the steps to help home investors that are flipping for Buy and Sell or Buy and Hold. QUESTION 4: There are several online courses. I love Pace Morby and Bigger Pockets. They are chaulked full of information and very helpful for beginners.

How do you get rid of a musty smell in the house?

Great Question! I live in North Carolina and we have the Moisture here for sure. I highly Reccomend a Home inspection and a home inspector that offers Mold testing. Mold can be very harmful to you and your family. Please note that Moisture also invites termites. Many Home Remediation Companies can inspect and advise on how to eliminate the issue.

What a reasonable buyers agent commission?

This is a Great Question! Your Buyer Agent is invaluable on so many levels. Recently NAR changed the laws Nationally. All Realtors must have a signed agreement, in order to chow homes to buyers. It is actually best to discuss this directly with your Agent. Have them explain your contract in detail to you. Several Sellers are still offering a Buyer Agent Commission. Personally, I cannot advise you on a reasonable commission amount, as every client has different needs.
