We had a wonderful experience with Rachel as our Buyers Agent. She is enthusiastic about serving her clients and passionate about making sure we understood every step of the buying process. After going under contract for our house, we encountered a slew of issues regarding repairs and negotiation. Rachel shines in both of these areas and was able to negotiate with a very difficult listing agent and got us in contact with reliable contractors that did quality work. Rachel is a warm and caring person with a wealth of experience in real estate. I cannot recommend her services enough to anyone looking for a real estate that you can actually trust.

Pro We closed on the house that we found to buy. Con We were told there 'were other showings' happening but the house had sat for 6 months before we found it. There were a lot of 'fear tactics' used so we would use a certain lender, close during a certain time period, and agree to a price and circumstances. We had to reach out to the realtor repeatedly to get updates on the process, what to expect, what was happening, etc. even after we had made it very clear that we wanted to be heavily involved and know what was happening and why, when, etc. Once the sale was going through, the communication was limited from the realtor. Once the house sold, we have heard from this realtor once (regarding our 'closing gift' and only when we reached out). There were things that were told to us that would be done prior to closing (i.e. HVAC check by a technician and carpets being cleaned - which was 'part of the closing gift') and at/after closing that werent (and we were gaslit about their validity). Realtor closes a lot of houses which is great for the bottom line but we felt like just another cog in the system instead of being able to enjoy this process of buying our home where we would build a life. Regardless, we wish this realtor the best and continued success. Hopefully this review will be taken as constructive and used to better the process for future transactions.

Rachel was absolutely a joy to work with! She was on top of my home search every step of the way and always responsive to questions and concerns as they arose. She made the potentially stressful process of buying a home about as seamless and easy as it could be, always getting back to me and working with the lender and other agent easily.
