ZillowVERIFIED In the red hot housing market of Spring 2016, Rachel managed to find the perfect home for me at about 30% below my max purchase price. Throughout the entire process, she was sharp, professional, and fun to work with. The house went on the market on a Saturday, and there were several offers on it by the end of the day, but she convinced the listing agent to let us put an offer in last minute. Rachel quickly and confidently assessed the neighborhood, and skillfully crafted an offer (We actually beat 9 other offers.) When the appraisal came in, it was clear that she had gotten me a great deal-- the house appraised for $6,000 more than I paid! Later, we found out that the driveway encroached on the neighbor's lot; Rachel got the seller to buy the needed strip of land, and we still managed to close on time. I'm so thankful that I choose Rachel. Highly recommended.
