ZillowVERIFIEDRachel was a boss on our homebuying process. She recommended our lender who also worked well for us. I was coming from out of state so everything had to be on point. My husband and I came for 3 days at first to view the properties we picked online and she lined up everything. She had the homeinspection setup at a great deal. And they did a great job. She was able negotiate on on the asking price and also negotiate big sum off our closing. She was friendly and checked in on us. I feel lke she will be a friend to us in Florida as well.

ZillowVERIFIED My name is Jones Philippe and I'm here to say that Rachel Cruz is the best of the best. Even though I decided to wait to buy my home after Rachel Cruz worked so hard and traveled to a lot of different house for 2 months she was so pleased and was more than welcome to help me find my new home after contacting her again when I was a little bit prepared 4 months later. Even then I still needed a lot of help. Rachel Cruz stood by my side and worked days and nights literally. She would answer my phone call and my text at 1am in the morning no matter what question or concern I had. She mad me feel like I was her only client. I wanted to give up so many times it seems like it was impossible but Rachel Cruz not only helped me find the dream home I wanted to buy but she also helped me find the best mortgage bank which is caliber home loans, she also helped me fill out all the paper work and personally drove up to my job to help pick up the paper work and the checks when I couldnt deliver them myself because I was stuck at work.. all that process toke her nearly a year and at the end of the day I ended up living in my dream home. Hands down Rachel Cruz is not only the best agent that I have met in my life but she is also the best helper I have met in my entire life. I will never forget my experience with her and I will never forget her in my life. THANK YOU AO MUCH RACHEL CRUZ YOURE THE BESSSSSSTTTTTT

ZillowVERIFIED We tried selling our home by owner for almost two months and decided to select a realtor after interviewing several. We chose Rachel Cruz of Keller Williams because of her honesty, professionalism and the fact that she was totally dedicated to representing us. It was one of our smartest decisions and Rachel more than exceeded our expectations. She proved to be very knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate and there wasn't a single question she wasn't prepared to answer for us. Her marketing skills are impressive and she had buyers coming to see our house within the first week of signing a listing. Without a doubt, I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for an agent who is fully committed to representing you in any real estate transaction.
