ZillowVERIFIED Working with Rachel Conley was truly the best decision I could have made when selling my home. Rachel made me feel supported, informed, and confident in every step of the process. She treated my home sale with genuine care, as if it were her own, and that meant so much to me. Rachel constantly went above and beyond aEUR" answering every question (no matter how small), staying ahead of every detail, and keeping me updated before I even had to ask. Her professionalism is unmatched, but what stood out most was her patience, kindness, and commitment to making the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Because of Rachels hard work and dedication, my house sold quickly and with an outcome I was truly happy with. I'm incredibly grateful for everything she did and would recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor who not only knows her job inside and out, but genuinely cares about her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel Conley was great to work withaEUR"professional, open-minded, and accommodating. She met with me on my schedule, even as it shifted several times, and kept the process pressure-free while offering helpful, informed guidance. Her recommendations for home improvements delivered solid value, and the house sold in just one weekend. Even when the buyer missed the original closing date, Rachel negotiated the necessary amendments without putting the deal at risk. I was also able to close remotely, which made things much easier. Id confidently recommend Rachel to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Nugent helping us to sell our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but he surpassed our expectations. Upon his first visit, we already had a solid plan to sell our home. He left us with a list of tasks to focus upon and prepare our home to show. Throughout the past several months, Mike has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We never felt that he was just trying to sell our house, but that he was there to answer our questions and help us to make the best decision for our family. His selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which his knowledge of the neighborhood provided insight into the our market. This resulted in a final sale close to our asking price and well above our original expectations. In addition, he knew how to market our home. We consider Mike a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching to sell or looking for a new home. Thanks again to Mike Nugent and Rachel Conley Keller Williams Realty Lakeside.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel is AWESOME!! I?m an out of state landlord who needed to rent out my condo and Rachel made the whole process seamless and effortless. She is very knowledgeable and has the tools available to make things easy(ex. electronic lease signing, etc.). I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell/rent their property. In fact, I already put her in touch with my dad to list some vacant farm land. She had some cool drone pics taken and got it listed ASAP for him. Highly, highly recommend her! Thanks Rachel!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel Conley is the real estate agent an investor should use (and anyone else wanting an excellent agent). She was my property manager first and then my agent and she was a solid excellent practitioner at both. Details Below: I had two rental homes to sell which allowed me to compare the efforts of two agents. What i learned is how vital it is to have an agent at the top of her game. Rachel knows that time is money and she received the listing on Friday and had a slide show and well-written description on multiple websites by Monday afternoon. Knowing what price to list a home for can be a challenge for a long-distance investor but Rachel made it easy. She provided sound comparables, ascertained my goals and suggested a price. I had an offer the first week and an offer I could accept the second week. Rachel was my advocate. She used her experience to let me know what minor repairs or improvements I should or should not complete. She kept my finances in mind. Finally Rachel is a great communicator. I never had to call her to see what was going on. She was always proactive in every facet of the transaction. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thanks again Rachel

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel is an amazing Relator! She was able to make appointments to view houses on the fly for my husband and I to see, and worked around our crazy, hectic schedules. She made finding a home pleasurable and she is very personable. She listened to what we wanted, and when we found the home we were looking for, gave us excellent advice on what kind of bid we should put in for the house. Were now renovating the house of our dreams where our family can grow, and its truly all thanks to Rachel. The whole process took approximately 5 weeks when we put a bid in for a house, including closing. It was an incredibly smooth experience and much easier than we ever anticipated. We were not stressed out at all, because she assured us everything would work out the way it was supposed to. We worked hand in hand with Rachel and Mortgage 1 to ensure that our financial situation was up to par before moving forward. I feel confident in Rachels ability to provide the best possible service in this industry and would recommend her to anyone in the area. She is honest and will tell the truth when it comes to properties you are viewing. She is knowledgeable in what is up to code in houses, what would need to be fixed, and if the price is accurate. It was truly a pleasure working with her, and if we had to complete this process all over again, she would be the person we would be making a phone call to.
