ZillowVERIFIEDRachel was such a tremendous help! She found a local inspector; local mortgage lender, who was able to provide a quicker turnaround; a local insurance agent (our nationwide insurance agent would not provide insurance coverage for a beachfront property); and a closing company. There were numerous questions that we had with the HOA, lender, insurance....Rachel was a great intermediary and represented us very well! I would definitely recommend Rachel to home hunters in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED We reached out to many realtors when we decided to look for property in the Biloxi/Gulfport area, Rachel was the first to respond and offer her services. She was very responsive to our schedule, due to us being out-of-state. After our first outing, she seemed to really understand what we were looking for in a condo. There was no pressure on us to make a decision, we were allowed to take as much time as we needed; which was a refreshing change from the last realtor we used. She gave us a lot of information about the region and what to expect, since we were not familiar with the area. Rachel was very responsive to text and email which was our preferred way to communicate, though she was always open to a phone call, if needed. Whenever we asked her for help with anything (utility info, moving help, general questions or understandings, etc.) she was always positive and helpful. We really enjoyed working with Rachel and would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I love Rachel! She is the best realtor ever! She respond to questions quickly. She was very knowledgeable about different things. She made me feel comfortable, and less anxious when discussing options and homes. She?s a great negotiator. When purchasing another home in the future, Rachel is definitely my go to person. I also appreciated the great advice that was given to me, especially being a first time home owner. She exceeded expectations tremendously!

ZillowVERIFIED Cannot recommend Rachel enough. Due to life circumstances, we bought from out of state. As first time home buyers, this was not ideal, but Rachel helped us every step of the way. She was always quick to respond and set up showings, answered all our questions, made us aware of things she thought wed want to know since we didnt see anything in person. She went above and beyond every step of the way!

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent Realtor! I was raised on the coast and from Biloxi! She was very knowledgeable, helpful and always made time to answer my calls and took the time with our family to help with our needs in selling our home. I will use her again for the future in buying or selling. I would refer her to anyone I know looking to buy a home or sell! I was very impressed and would recommend her to all my family and friends on the Mississippi Gulf Coast! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel was very helpful with the home buying process from beginning to end. We were first time home buyers so this process was very new to us but any questions and concerns we had she was right there to help us. When we were on a time crunch with our lender to get our home insurance settled she gave us contact information to a local home insurance company and it saved the day! She was very prompt with any paperwork that we needed to sign as well as with any crucial information pertaining to the process. It was a pleasure to have her as a realtor and would definitely recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time I have used Rachel as my real estate agent. She is wonderful!! Prompt on returning emails/texts, great suggestions on staging my home, vast knowledge of services in the area (I needed quick electrical work and she had someone to my house the next day) and a delightful person to be around? Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel helped me and my Fiance buy our house at the end of 2018. I have never dealt with an real-estate agent as good as she is. She will walk to the ends of the earth for her buyer/sellers. She showed us probably 15 different homes and when we found the one we liked, she did everything she could possibly do to make sure we got that house. She even guided us in the right direction to get financing. Within 30 days of the time we told her we wanted the house, we had the keys. She is A++++++++++. You will not be disapointed if you decide to go with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Cochran, is very personable, she really understood the VA loan buying process she is very dedicated and professional. During difficult times (COVID-19) she was always available for showings which at times was challenging. I relied on her expertise to help narrow the search for our home, once she understood what we were searching for she was able to zero in and we found our target home," Success ". Her knowledge of the area, was a great asset to include assisting with utilities as well as insurance. A truly dedicated professional she will go the extra mile and make sure you achieve your goal.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel was very helpful. She is well experienced in the market. She replied quickly, was accommodating, knew the area. We were out of town so she did a walk through on video for us. She helped us identify a local title company and usher things through.
