She found a local inspector; local mortgage lender, who was able to provide a quicker turnaround; a local insurance agent (our nationwide insurance agent would not provide insurance coverage for a beachfront property); and a closing company. There were numerous questions that we had with the HOA, lender, insurance....Rachel was a great intermediary and represented us very well! We reached out to many realtors when we decided to look for property in the Biloxi/Gulfport area, Rachel was the first to respond and offer her services. She was very responsive to our schedule, due to us being out-of-state. After our first outing, she seemed to really understand what we were looking for in a condo. There was no pressure on us to make a decision, we were allowed to take as much time as we needed; which was a refreshing change from the last realtor we used. She gave us a lot of information about the region and what to expect, since we were not familiar with the area.
