ZillowVERIFIED Rachel was the best person to deal with this out of town owner! We ran into quite a few "Moments" locating and certifying the existence and condition of a leach field septic system. Thanks to Rachels extensive contacts and local knowledge we were able to put the right people in place to resolve these issues fairly quickly. She is a great communicator and I really appreciated that!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel and Skye know real estate in Manitou Springs / Colorado Springs. In a changing market, summer 2022, and limited inventory in the areas we were considering, they patiently worked with us. They allowed us time to look and get a feel for the community as we moved from outside the area. We never felt pressured or rushed and they truly wanted us to find a great home! They listened to what we wanted, provided great advise and made the buying process smooth. They were professional and available. We recommend working with Rachel, Skye and MSRE!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel provided us excellent service 14 years ago when we originally bought our home in Manitou. When we decided to sell, we didn't hesitate to go through her office again. Rachel and Skye Lewis guided us through the selling process with professionalism and made the process easy. I would definitely recommend Rachel and Skye to anyone who is selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Rachel and Skye from out of state for several months before relocating to Manitou Springs. Our first meeting was on a Zoom call (about 10 months into the Covid pandemic)! It was clear from the start that Rachel and Skye are very knowledgeable, down to earth, easy to communicate with, responsive and informative in a straightforward manner. Also, they were extremely patient with my husband and I!!! We thought we would be comfortable buying a home from afar, which is why we started the process so early on. Through all those many months they gracefully walked us through each step, offered us Zoom tours, answering all of our questions and doing the research where needed, whenever a house came on the market that we were potentially interested in. In the end, for us, it was too stressful to make such a big decision from out of state, so we ended up waiting until we could be here in person to buy our new home. This spring, after less than a month of being here in Colorado, we came upon a lovely house in our favorite neighborhood, and even in this market, we were able to easily secure the home without any unpleasantness or prolonged stressful "battles", all thanks to the skillful and wise advice of our realtors. We highly recommend working with Rachel and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel sold our Townhome in just 2 days for over the asking price in a very difficult time as the coronavirus was becoming a part of our concerns. She was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions and concerns quickly. She was extremely knowledgeable and made this stressful time for us (in our 80s with compromised health) easier than we could have imagined. ZillowVERIFIED Talk about easy! The team at Manitou Springs Real Estate are second to none. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel and Skye during both the purchase of my first home and the sale of my first home. They offer a personal touch that is rare to find in any industry.During the purchase of my first home, I never felt pressured. Responses to requests and questions were very quick. After viewing each home (I wanted to look at many), I received expert insight from years of experience that took into consideration the goals I established from the start. When I decided to sell my home, reaching out to Manitou Springs Real Estate was a no-brainer. Rachel and Skye both worked closely with me to outline my goals and establish realistic expectations based on market research. The most impressive part? I actually had to leave Colorado Springs before listing my home and they both handled every piece of the process (including needed plumbing) while I was on the other side of the state. They helped maximize my profits during COVID-19 by locking in an offer over asking and closing the deal while the Stay at Home Order was in place. If you're on the fence on who you want on your team to help navigate these major life milestones, do yourself a favor and reach out!

She was very professional, knowledgable, responded quickly to questions or concerns and was an amazing advocator for us, especially in the home building process. ZillowVERIFIED I am very thankful to have worked with Rachel. With my busy schedule I truly appreciated her making sure everything was progressing and doing all the coordination and letting me know when I needed to do things which ensured we didn't miss any deadlines and closed as fast as possible. She also structured a well worded request that the seller responded to by fixing the maintenance issues we asked for prior to closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Prior to putting our rental property on the market, we watched a house just a couple of blocks from our property sell quickly. My husband insisted that we contact THAT realtor as she would be familiar with the area -- he was right. Rachel listened to my husband's concerns about selling the property and wanting to be considerate of the needs of his current tenants. Rachel understood his concerns and offered suggestions to make the transition easier for both my husband and the tenants. The listing process and the process of reviewing offers and making counter offers went smoothly and easily. Rachel is great about keeping in touch and keeping you informed. The contract moved right along to closing without any problem whatsoever. Thank you, Rachel!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband, Michael, and I have worked with Rachel Buller for over 15 years. She has been our agent for 9 transactions (both buying and selling). We would NEVER use anyone else. She is simply the best. She is organized, listens and adapts to your individual needs, and executes with infallible competency and professionalism. For example, my sister tried to sell my parents' home with a different realtor against my advice. She finally admitted it wasn't working and switched to Rachel. Rachel sold the house promptly for a great price. She is especially good at giving advice regarding staging a house for sale, what to fix, etc. You just won't find anyone better. We recommend her without reservation. :-)

Without getting into details, let me just say that the sale of my home involved some difficult business issues none of which had anything to do with Rachel, me, or my home. Not only did Rachel handle all situations with resolve but she guided me through it all in an informative and ever so kind manner. I will be forever grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED If you're looking to buy or sell a property in the Manitou area then contact Rachel and her team. If you want professional and efficient service then Manitou Springs Real Estate should be your choice. We listed our house with Rachel end of March and we had a full price offer early May. I appreciated all the up-front paperwork including the pre-inspection; a great option that I recommend taking advantage of.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel is professional at every step of the way from explaining the listing process, to truly listening to her clients, to her knowledge and expertise, and her marketing skills and connections. When marketing my house, Rachel was more than willing to work with my ideas and input, while at the same time and in a patient and understanding way, let me know what might or might not work for my situation. Rachel truly operates from a firmly guiding base of honesty, integrity, and motivation to please and produce results at the same time - a very impressive accomplishment!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel is the consummate professional. She went out of her way to accommodate our absence from the state to find workers to take care of maintenance issues. She patiently worked with a very large family, some of whom were not pleased we were selling the property and promoted our listing tenaciously and patiently. We could not be happier with the results and her assistance in making an emotionally difficult sale bearable for all of us.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel is simply as good as it gets in the real estate business. She not only has all the requisite skills but has that rare attribute of being an absolutely great listener. She's was willing to consider any ideas we brought to the table, and negotiating selling strategies with her was easy and actually enjoyable. Our home was listed and sold in two months in a slowing after-summer market.

ZillowVERIFIED When my home was listed, I did believe that the price might be a bit high but I am not a professional. Rachel did encourage me to lower the price when response was limited but I was hoping for negotiation instead of reducing the price. As soon as I followed her advice, my home sold quickly. Rachel would respond immediately to any comments, concerns. I was not an easy client and she did persevere. I would recommend Rachel highly to anyone searching for a home in the Manitou Springs area or any other area as she is a professional.

Her knowledge of the local market is sharp, she was always responsive and professional, and she helped me to get the first offering price that I made for my home.
