Rachel and her crew handled all the staging (furniture, wall decorations, floor and window treatments) while we were gone. Her brochure was especially well done. We wondered about some of her staging decisions (eg, getting rid of many of the antique fixtures/features of our 1765 house and replacing with much more neutral decorations), but in the end we did sell (although ironically, the new buyers seemed very pleased/relieved when we told them all period window treatments and rugs were available to them from storage).

Plus dealing with a lot of new people to prepare for the sale: contractors, inspectors, preppers, and relators. Then the move itself and dealing with a home sale from 2000 miles away. It was challenging. Thank God for Rachel and Corey Brock. From the beginning, they made it their responsibility to take on every problem and challenge that was encountered and solve it. While I can't recall many of the thousand details of what they did, we will forever remember this - they made the sale of our home seem easy, and we never once felt like we had a problem. Her knowledge of our area and the real estate market is excellent, her guidance, staging, and negotiating skills are top notch. Selling a home can be overwhelming and is a lot of work, Rachel is the perfect balance of being encouraging and understanding.
