She helped find a contractor to do a couple things and it was seem less. Then my daughter graduated and from Ohio Rachel single handledly sold the house. It was a great investment. ZillowVERIFIEDInitially, from out of state, I gave Rachel 5 stars. However, I arrived to a home with thousands worth of damage she failed to mention in her walk-through. She did raise some concerns so I told her to hold the security deposit (I'd given the seller a free month rent after closing). She said we couldn't but I later learned it was because she'd already released it without my consent. I had been looking in the East Valley but she recommended a "nice" area and, my fault, I went for it from out of state. It's in the West Valley, not at all what I was going for, 45 minutes from Scottsdale for reference. I've been in the house for less than 2 months and I've already listed it. This has been a nightmare, one she could have steered me clear of. And it has cost me thousands. Be very careful and fly in for every single step of the process so you see it with your own eyes if you choose to work with her.
