ZillowVERIFIED Rachel Alley and the Millennium Group helped us sell our farm and investment property. The pictures and advertisement were excellent on both properties. The investment property was sold to a buyer with a VA Loan and there were lots of inspections and hoops to jump through for the final approval. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable about the process and kept everyone moving in the right direction. Im not sure the sale would have been finalized without the Millennium Groups dedication and calm through out the process. We feel comfortable in recommending the Millennium Group to family and friends and will continue to go to Rachel and the team for any future real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel did an excellent job of providing real estate services to help guide us in selling our house. We were in the process of moving to Florida and selling the house at the same time. The house needed a final cleaning after we had left. We were in Florida when the house went on the market. Rachel knows a lot of people to contact to have different services provided to help the homeowner get the house ready to sell. These people were also needed to correct items that showed up in the house inspection. Being in Florida, we did not want to travel to Ohio to correct these items ourselves. Rachel knows people who do their work at a reasonable price. We needed to make changes in the basement to lower the radon levels. Rachel?s recommended company did the job for about half of what another company would have charged us. Rachel got us a buyer in about ten days after the house went on the market. The closing on the house was done in about 45 days. Rachel communicated with us frequently to keep us informed on what was going on and what comments people had that had looked at the house. If you are looking for a realtor, Rachel should be the first person you contact.

Our first choice neighborhoods were selling fast and above asking. This is where I think Rachel excelled, making us feel like we were her number one priority whether we were looking on the west side, east side, or north side of town!
