Rachael's mother, a 30-year veteran in the real estate business, played a large role in her early success and still serves as a member of Rachael's team. Rachael's father, a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, instilled responsibility and accountability early in her life, to which she attributes her impeccable work ethic and drive.
