ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were truly blessed to have had Rachael Osburn and Margo Painter as our Realtors; they were professionals and they worked hard to provide us the very best service. I would strongly recommend them as my realtors of choice. On a scale of 1to 5, I most definitely give them a 5.
ZillowVERIFIEDFirst time home buyer and Rachael found the most perfect house for me starting out. She paid attention to details I would have never thought about and came up with the best negotiating that accomdated the seller as well as myself. I thought finding a house was going to be such a daunting task and she made it so painless. 10 out of 10. Way to go Rachael!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDRachael will always go above and beyond for her clients. She truly acts in the best interest of her clients. Whats more is that her experience lends itself to predicting issues that many other agents would miss and thus delay the selling process. Recommend Rachael many times over.
ZillowVERIFIEDRachael Osburn / Margo Painter at upside realty was a pleasure to work with. I planned on selling my home after 5 1/2 years, and we're very anxious concerning the whole procedure. Rachael and Margo just made every step so easy and all went so smooth. They were very professional and kept us up to date with all the details. They sold my home in 10 day and I will recommend Rachael an Margo at upside realty to all my family and friends."
