ZillowVERIFIED Rachael is a force of nature. She is seasoned, sharp, and trustworthy. She helped us purchase our first home in downtown Costa Mesa, after moving to the area in October 2016 for work. At the time, it was the closest we had ever gotten to being near the beach, within 1.5 miles. I still do not know how she did it, but, she convinced the seller to choose our offer even though we weren't the highest offer and other bids included cash. She knows how to build rapport with other agents and when she speaks, you know she means business. Since purchasing our home, Rachael stayed in touch and would call in annually to check on our next moves. We decided to list our Costa Mesa home in December. She had taken us to view a beach house for sale that we really wanted. Within 24 hours she had our home listed on MLS. Within 48 hours we had 5 offers over asking and entered escrow for our sale. For the beach house, she also pulled off a "Rachael" again, for the purchase. We were competing against other cash offers all over asking while our offer included financing plus the contingency for the sale of our current home. She built trust with the listing agent who persuaded the seller to take our offer. Now, 3 weeks later, we are closing the sale of our current home and will be taking keys of our new house which is 3 blocks walking distance to the beach. Through the whole process, Rachael helped us navigate our many anxieties and concerns, with our trust in her.
