Debi was fantastic. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and she was patient with me throughout the whole process. I was looking for duplexes to live in one side and rent the other out, and she gave me a lot of great tidbits about dealing with 100+ year-old houses. We finally found the perfect house, and she negotiated the price down $35K from asking. I plan on doing this again next year and can't wait to work with Debi again.

Sahel made the process of purchasing our first home as stress free as making a purchase this large can be. He narrowed down our search to include all the features we were looking for and never pushed us to go outside of budget. Sahel always made time to meet with us within a day or two as needed. If he didnt have a direct answer for something, he found the information we were looking for and got back to us in a timely manner. It was apparent that Sahel really did care about making sure we were satisfied with the outcome/deal and encouraged us to take our time to avoid any financial mistakes.
