ZillowVERIFIED Quince is incredibly patient and thoughtful. Despite a busy schedule she always made time to sit down face to face and walk me through the process of buying my first house. When face to face was not an option she remained responsive via phone or email. Quincee works hard and jumps on great opportunities when they present themselves and we managed to find the perfect house. I highly recommend Quincee and would 100% work with her again!

Provided directions on how to get every utility transferred to my name. Updated me on the seller's status throughout the process. We were even able to close a few days earlier than estimated.

ZillowVERIFIED Quincee Heinz has been an asset in our lives the past 3 years. She found us a home the first time we looked at one. The negotiations, paperwork and closing was all done in a timely manner. 3 years later she sold our home in less than 2 weeks time. Again all the paperwork went smoothly. Her communications skills are the best because she kept us in the loop with every detail. We highly recommend her. She will always be friend to us.

ZillowVERIFIED If you have any real estate needs, I can guaruntee you will not find a better agent! Quincee not only is an expert at her job she also knows the process and jobs of the other people that are a part of the transaction including the lenders and underwriters jobs. When something wasnt getting done she was all over them. She pays attention to even the smallest comment in casual conversation I made about what I wanted and got it for me! She was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns and took the time to explain it no matter how small. My lender called me just to say how impressed they were with Quincee Heinz that she worked so hard on my behalf and that they rarely see that anymore. Quincee Heinz will FOREVER be my go to for my real estate needs and the only person I will refer to my friends and family. She earned it!

ZillowVERIFIED Quincee is AMAZING!!! We moved my parents to be closer to us and throughout the process she was so incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and even helped us find a realtor to sell their home in another town. She worked diligently with everyone involved and always made sure we were kept in the loop with even the smallest details. My dad was a realtor for many years and said he would have really liked to work with her back in the day, he was so impressed. Buying and selling a home and the moving process are not easy but Quincee made sure things went as smoothly and stress free as possible. Our family highly recommends Quincee Heinz if you are looking to buy or sell a home. She is passionate about getting people into homes, not just selling houses. Our experience with Quincee and Remax could not have been better!
