ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of having Purvi as our Real Estate Agent as we bought our first home. As first time home buyers, we were new to the process and it is only because of Purvi we were able to successfully navigate through the process. She is very knowledgeable and provided timely communications throughout the whole process. She has great negotiation skills and provided valuable professional advice when needed. No matter the time of day, she was always responsive. I am grateful for all her help and would definitely recommend her to future home buyers/sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Comparing I would prior purchase to this one. Purvi has done an outstanding job. She was not our agent on our first home, but I wish she was. She was not only knowledgeable of the area as to where we were selling and buying, but also understood our must haves, and went above and beyond the expectation. Carefully planning not only locations to visit but timing of purchase. This experience has changed our view on real estate agents, and will highly recommend Purvi to anyone in need of a home and or if selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent real estate and specially township works knowledge in edison. My case was little complicated there was not any permit for basement and we found out a day before closing and she gave a great attention to my case by working with sellers agent and my attorney. Appreciated the hard work on this. Also prompt responses and communication with lot of other parties made my transaction very easy. I hardly had to make calls during my office hours.

ZillowVERIFIED Purvi did an excellent job with helping us buy a home. She always responded with our phone calls and was always available to show new houses that just came on market. She provided honest feedback on the house and never pushed us into putting in an offer. She was very knowledgeable about the Edison area and the school district. I highly recommend Purvi for your next house whether buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Purvi is a very professional and thorough real estate agent. Ive had my house on MLS for quite a few months with another agent with no success. After Purvi took over the listing, she studied the market for the most appropriate pricing, marketed on social media along with MLS, and had numerous showings and open houses. After an offer was in place, she made sure that the entire transaction was as smooth as possible with very little interaction from me. She also made sure I had all the necessary resources to take care of legal and other formalities. I highly recommend Purvi to be your listing agent or buyers agent for her experience in real estate industry, her expertise, attention to detail and staying with you until the deal is complete.

ZillowVERIFIED I normally dont provide the highest available rating, but Purvi was very helpful during the process. Helpful that she was a resident of the community and had sold multiple units within the complex. Her cultural background was also an asset, especially her years of experience. Very patient, persistent & respectful in getting the property ready for sale, given the circumstances (estate sale).

ZillowVERIFIED Great agent, very knowledgeable about local market, and also buyer needs. She arranged to show us a house which fit our needs and budget, morning of the listing day. Our first impression was positive and we requested to see for second time with other family members. She promptly arranged for second showing next day.We were able to make an offer quickly and she negotiated a satisfactory and mutually acceptable price in less than a week.Would strongly recommend her for buyers and sellers in and around the Edison, Metuchen, Piscataway area.

ZillowVERIFIED Purvi was our real estate agent for both selling old house (63 Linda Lane) and buying new one (14 Falcon Drive). On both fronts she made the process so much hassle-free for us. She was knowledgeable about the local housing market as well as township rules & regulations. She aggressively pursued the housing search to suit our requirements and budget, but never pushed any deal on us. She always stepped in whenever and wherever we sought her help and went well above the expectations and well beyond the work domain of a real estate agent. Common joke between me and my wife was that she is working as if she is buying or selling her own house. I will absolutely recommend her to all of my friends without any hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Purvi is an excellent resource if one plans to buy a home. She is prepared, planned, patient and pragmatic. Give her the criteria and rest assured that she would not waste your time. She does her research based on the criteria she got and involves you only when she finds one. In case we don't know an attorney or an inspector, she recommends not just one but many. She is very punctual and she did not make me wait even once. It was a pleasure working with her.
