She knows the market well and determined the sale price and strategies to sell the home in a slower market when it was listed in November 2021. Priti was able to negotiate the sale and prepare for closing by mid-January 2022 despite some unforeseen difficulties. For example, she had a contact at the sanitation department allowing us to resolve a sewer billing issue from the 1990's.
