ZillowVERIFIEDPresley was knowledgeable and wanted to get the deal done. He understands real life conditions and gets the job done in your best interest. He also went above and beyond and did things that are usually outside a realtors job duties. Thanks.

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving from out of state and chose Presley Jackson as our realtor. Presley was not only instrumental in helping us find our new dream home, but he also leveraged his extensive network to help us get an AMAZING home loan. Presley is super reliable, fun to work with and detail oriented. You can count on Presley to go the extra mile.

ZillowVERIFIED Presley was great! We were first time home buyers, in a new area (Austin), and in a market favorable to sellers. We always felt like Presley had our best interest in mind, and never felt like he was pushing us into something. He was very responsive and always made time to talk with us before and after a showing. Due to an unexpected medical issue, we were unable to attend the inspection and Presley went on our behalf and represented us very well. He was able to negotiate a discount with the sellers based on something found during the inspection. He was extremely helpful and helped us get a deal on a home, even in a difficult market. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Presley was awesome. It was my first home buying and the situation was very tough since the market was super favorable to sellers. We tried multiple offers and every offer had different hurdle to tackle. Especially, one offer was almost about to be done, and then the seller changed her mind in the last minute. Presley was willing to help me with all these difficulties (he never hesitated to check things multiple times) and I finally made it. He was very respectful to his customers and super good at negotiations!

ZillowVERIFIED Presley is an amazing realtor. He is vary hard working, dedicated to providing the best service hes clients need. When we moved to Austin in 2017 he helped us find our first home. The process was so stress free and he made sure everything was done on a timely manner. When we decided to buy our 2nd home he helped through the process of putting our home on the market. He was on top of things between finding our dream home, and making sure our house on the market sold. Presley loves what he does and you can see that through his work ethic. I highly recommend him if you are looking into buying in the Austin area. He gets the job done great person.

ZillowVERIFIED Presley was fantastic! He set up alerts for me in my price range and spent a few hours negotiating on the house we bought late at night with the sellers agent. He was there at closing and checks in with me about once a month to see how we are doing. I highly recommend him! He knows the area and his highly knowledgeable in the mortgage process as well. I would pick him every time.

ZillowVERIFIED I am currently out of state, and recommend Presley to some friends looking to buy in Westlake. He delivered, as expected! Not only was he able to knock the price down, he negotiated new carpets, a professional cleaning, leaving the 1 year old appliances, and keeping the mahogany barstools with custom Texas stars carved into them!! My friends were extatic! Couldnt have asked for a better recommendation. He has certainly honed his craft. I can vouch from personal experience at how dedicated he is to individual growth and professional development. He is a passionate seeker of knowledge in all aspects, but excels in those strengths through his work in real estate and forging great relationships. A one of a kind man, and definitely someone you want in your corner. Thanks for helping my friends out Presley! Youre a life saver!

ZillowVERIFIED Presley's responsiveness and negotiating skills won us an over 2 acre lot we were pining for very much. We were a little worried, because we had other bids to compete with for this property. Presley consulted us on how to make our own decisions and what we needed to do to make the land ours. We are the proud new owners, and everything turned out perfect, thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Presley. He was a pleasure to work with. From the day we initiated contact, he worked hard to help us find our house. He was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process. He listened closely to what we were looking for. Presley went above and beyond to show us listings all over Austin when we came in from out state for the weekend to look at houses.

ZillowVERIFIED I was impressed with Presley as a Realtor. He gained my trust quickly and understood what we were looking for in a property. He was responsive and most of all I appreciated that he truly knew the market being an Austin native. He was critical for our success especially given that we were new to the area and there is very little time to find, see, and bid on a home in the fast moving Austin market.
