ZillowVERIFIED In 2008 When Liz and I moved from Charlotte to South Carolina and sold our home, we lost everything. Because of poor agent decisions our home did not sell and we lost all of our life savings as well as 160k in equity. Although I know and trust Nicole well, it was still with white knuckles that I decided to work with Premier Property Solutions. Our home in Indian land was in an excellent location and had extensive deck and fence work done to further raise the value, the problem was the interior, it was drab and in need of an update. This house had been lived in and the walls needed spackling, the floors needed replaced, and the walls painting among some other updates. Liz and I knew Nicole as she was our neighbor and dear friend, while it was a no brainer of who we would use, the ramifications of that decision would have far reaching implications (que sinister music). Ok maybe not sinister. I was worried from the get go. In this case Liz and I were to invest thousands into the house and we would sell it and make a few thousand, boy, oh boy were we wrong. Nicole started off by telling me not to worry, she said those words every day from day one, I was worried, terrified in fact. I have seen Nicoles residence and may I tell you she has exceptional design taste, as a result I decided to take a hands off approach and let her make the design choices, ALL OF THEM. From the color of the walls to the style of flooring to color of the cabinets. Nicole had the authority to change anything at any time in order to get more for the house in the end. Nicole took this authority and ran with it; (this is one of the best financial decisions I have made in my adult life) Nicole then told me that she has all the details worked out and for me not to worry! She got paint bids, and floor bids and found someone to stage the house, Nicole worked like a puppet master to insure the painters and floor people started just after Liz and I moved out. After all of the work was done in the house, Nicole personally inspected the work and had the needed repairs accomplished. When she was done the house looked better than new. When the house went on the market I started to get calls from my neighbors complaining that there was a line from the top of the street to my home to visit the house. A little after that call I got a call from Nicole telling me not to worry, and that the house is showing very well. Then next morning she called and told me not to worry that there has been an offer on the house but that she suggests we hold off a little bit. Later that evening she called and told me not to worry, that there was another offer on the house which is the one we took. In the end we made a lot more money than we were expecting and I guess I am not worried. If Liz and I were to move back to Indian land, we would use Nicole and PPS. If we were to buy investment property in the Charlotte area we would use Nicole and PPS. In short the best thing you can do is place your trust in Nicole and her team at PPS, we did and do not regret it.
