If there were more stars to give, we would. Peter Manivani deserves the recognition. We bought our home through Peter from out of state six years ago. It was very clear to us at that time that our interests were his primary focus, pointing out both negatives and positives in the houses we saw. We never had a realtor that pointed out the negatives. The buying experience was so smooth and his support throughout the process was so helpful and personal, that it was a no-brainer to go back to him when we decided to move again. As we prepared to sell our home, Peter listened to our needs, made very good suggestions about how to market the home and advised us on what needed to be improved. He maintained very good communication with us to keep us informed of progress and last minute changes/needs by the buyer. It's never an easy process to buy or sell a home, but Peter's guidance through it ensured it went smoothly and we were very happy with the final results.
