ZillowVERIFIED I was fortunate to meet Prashant. His knowledge of real estate business is very impressive. He genuinely cares about his customers and always stays on top of things. We sold our property at a price exceeding our expectations. The whole process was smooth. Right after, I was planning to invest some capital gain in real estate in Austin, TX, and Prashant connected me with the right people. He introduced me to 1031 account specialist as well as to a real estate agent in Austin. We found an investment property and now in the contract working on finalizing the deal. I highly recommend Prashant!

ZillowVERIFIED Writing this review from our new home, which we were able to buy only because of Prashant's help! When we started to look around for a home, we were connected with Prashant and his team by Realtor.com and very quickly realized how lucky we were because he became a sort of our life/finance coach - not just a realtor agent :-)He and Charlene Browne helped us to arrange several house tours very quickly and always were very supportive and patient. And now the most exciting part of the story. We noticed "Coming soon" sign on a very good house in a nice neighborhood. Even though the house was not even on the market yet, Prashant very quickly connected with the listing agent, arranged the tour and started to negotiate. Long story short: our offer was accepted! Once again, I believe that came true only because of Prashant's attitude and negotiation skills (he was able to secure a very good price). But that was not the end of the story. We were not abandoned after offer acceptance. Using their extensive network, Prashant and Charlene helped us to shop for the best loan and helped to secure a very good deal. The whole process - from the first meeting to the keys for new house - took just 5 weeks. Thank you Prashant and Charlene!

ZillowVERIFIED Prashant is a shark.... in the BEST way possible.A A He knows the market well and utilizes his finance background to his advantage to predict trends. We worked closely with Charlene on his team who did the showings. Prashant would always call us up afterwards to recap what we saw and what we were thinking. We're first homebuyers and amateur investors, we learned a lot over just a couple of months working with Prashant. Even then, we feel like weve barely scratched the surface on what he knows about the real estate industry. If we had any concerns at all, Prashant would be there to set our minds at ease. There were 28 bids and we weren't even in the top 5 and guess what? Prashant managed to get our application considered and eventually helped us close the deal. He's determined to do right by his client and it shows. We 100% would recommend him and his team to anyone, you won't be disappointed. We will continue to use Prashant and will be sending him any referrals we have in the future his way!

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning Prashant & his team have been super responsive, open, and helpful. This is our first time buying a home as a new family and there is an enormous amount we've learned along the way. Prashant is approachable, friendly, pro-active, and understanding. He's made the process of the biggest financial decision that we'll likely make in our lives, as smooth as possible. My husband and I are hopeful that this'll be a life-long partnership with Prashant as we are hopeful to get into real estate investing. A Prashant's associate Charlene has been lovely to work with scheduling home visits, sending clear instructions, and answering tons of questions along the way! I'm confident we'll find the right home soon and then I'll update this review. :)

ZillowVERIFIED I recently closed on a property in Oakland with Prashant and his associate Steve Fanelli. Their team was incredibly hard working and determined to get me the best deal possible on what proved to be a complicated financing process (on my end). Steve and Prashant are both problem solvers and the type of people you want on your side. Steve was my day-to-day contact through the negotiation and purchasing process and was a pleasure to work with. He was proactive, provided answers and solutions to every question I had, and directly addressed any tough situations that came up. I will certainly use both these gentlemen on future purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED Prashant was great in showing us some homes. Me and my husband were uncertain with the kind of home, but luckily Prashant informed us that there are a lot of homes for sale near Newark within our home criteria. He was very persistent and very talented. He knows exactly what he was doing. "Amazing" as what my husband said!

ZillowVERIFIED Prashant is a very knowledgeable and professional realtor. Our goal was to have the house sold and be on our way to Florida by the end of February. Prashant suggested we do some minor remodeling, such as remove the carpeting and entry tile and replace them with laminate flooring to make the house more appealing to potential buyers. He also found me someone who would do the work,Before the work was completed, Maeghan, one of his associates called me and asked how thing we're going and did I need any help. I told her I could a couple of extra hands finishing the packing. WIthin an hour, Maeghan and Luis were at my door ready and willing to work. Before I knew it everything was packed and loaded into the PODS ready for pickup.Prashant had a Photographer/videographer come to take photos and a movie of our home and he even flew a drone over our property for a birds eye view. It all turned up beautifully. We had our open house on Saturday and Sunday, March 28 and 29, and on the following Thursday, we met with Prashant and Maeghan and reviewed the seven offers. The best offer re: contingencies happened to also be the highest offer, which we accepted. As planned, we will be flying out to Florida on Feb, 28th.I highly recommend Prashant and his team for your real estate needs.
