ZillowVERIFIEDPollyAnna is the consummate professional. Our sale was extraordinarily complex, involving multiple sellers and a unique property. She remained committed to seeing the transaction through to completion despite multiple barriers not of her making. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate professional to shepherd us through the procewss.

ZillowVERIFIED PollyAnna was excellent to work with throughout the search, negotiation and closing processes. Always responsive, PolyAnna was able to listen to and interpret our preferences in order to identify target properties efficienntly - especially as we were based out of state for most of the process. She also pulled on her experienced team to assist with certain aspects of the move. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend PolyAnna to anyone looking for Realtor services in the Bozeman area

ZillowVERIFIED I dont normally leave reviews but I will gladly in this case. PollyAnna, Ceci and crew went above and beyond to help me purchase a property from out-of-state. My frequent phone calls with questions and requests to Facetime at the property were always met with professionalism and generous consideration. I am most grateful for all of their help and expertise in this process.

ZillowVERIFIED We have bought and sold a house previously and felt like we were dealing with assistants 95% of the time. That was not the case here. We felt like we were dealing with PollyAnna directly 95% of the time. She was honest, responsive, and invaluable from our first meeting, through our offer being accepted, and all the way through closing to make sure everything was in order. We were looking for a good realtor, but we also found a good friend.

ZillowVERIFIED There are certain things you have to see to believe. Well, some people you just have to meet to believe! PollyAnna is one of those Realtors. She should be given the title, Queen of Realty in Bozeman. She is incredibly connected, wonderfully frank, and amazingly intuitive as to what her clients need. She also goes WELL beyond her job description to get the job done! No doubt in my mind that shes the best in the business. In an incredibly competitive market, PollyAnna was able to find my family a home, only after convincing a family to move that she knew was potentially interested in relocating! We got in before the house ever hit the market. One more example of how great she is: When the seller wouldnt clean the fireplace on move out, PollyAnna bought a special cleaner for us to use.. at her own expense! Yeah, shes great.

ZillowVERIFIED PollyAnna Snyder is the consummate Bozeman area real estate professional in our experience. She walked us through the sale of our home with the ease of experience and expert knowledge we could trust. Her marketing skills were set into motion immediately and our home was photographed, listed and sold. Her team at Engel & Volkers worked together seamlessly to make all of this happen. We are pleased and impressed with the personal care, communication and commitment PollyAnna displayed throughout the process. ZillowVERIFIED PollyAnna is a phenomenal Real estate agent and a true professional. She is hands down the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I will also note that she sold my property for me while I was frequently traveling out of state. Lastly, I should add that she knows so many people, and is so well connected in Bozeman that every issue that I needed to address and wasnt able to, due to not being local, she was able to provide a solution immediately.

ZillowVERIFIED I wanted to take this time to write a letter to recommend Engel & VA?elkers to other Sellers and Real Estate Developers who will be choosing the real estate company to entrust their sales. We are a land development company here in the Gallatin Valley that has worked with Engel & VA?elkers on two phases of our Belgrade subdivision aEUR" Henson Subdivision which was over 200 lots. Throughout our experience with Engel & VA?elkers, PollyAnna Snyder was our main contact. She truly exemplified the term real estate professional. Although, Engel & VA?elkers has a small-town friendliness, they have a vast amount of resources at their fingertips. The marketing strategies that Engel & VA?elkers implemented for us had direct and positive impacts on our sales. Their coordination with us throughout the sales process was exemplary, and Engel & VA?elkers made our lives easier by handling all of the Buy/Sells promptly and efficiently - while keeping us aEURoein the loopaEUR? of every pending transaction and offer. ZillowVERIFIED Pollyanna Synder was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, determined and thorough in helping my husband, Bob, and I find the right home in the Livingston/Bozeman area. Pollyanna sent us numerous listings to review prior to our onsite visits. It took two trips from Houston, numerous viewings, phone calls and emails, but it paid off. She exhibited great patience as well as persistence in finding a home for us that met most of the requirements that we gave her. I do not believe that we would have found our new home without her. I highly recommend Montana 406 without the slightest hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive lived in Bozeman for nearly 25 years in a home that was bought and paid for. However, after a divorce, I found myself in the position of trying to buy a new house. PollyAnna Synder was recommended by a friend. I put her through what I considered to be the ringer. She continually asked what it was I was looking for and I changed what I told her about 100 times. She was infinitely patient with me and the more houses we looked at, the better feel she got for what I was looking for. We looked at quite a few houses in my price range. In the Bozeman market, he who hesitates loses and we came in second on one very nice house. The next one we moved a little more quickly and I was able to purchase it. I am still giddy with excitement in my new house. PA helped move things along, helped my muddle through the financing, offered sage advice, lined up quality people for the home inspection. Things worked out very smoothly. I know that there are other quality agents but also know that one we worked with to buy my first house in Bozeman will never get my business again. PA will definitely get a call from me again. She is pretty darn good.

ZillowVERIFIED So lucky that we happened upon Pollyanna prior to moving to Bozeman. She spent ample time getting know us over the phone and booked 3 solid days to tour us around when we were in town. She quickly understood our needs and was able to narrow the search quickly. In the end, she really listened to our needs and helped us to find the perfect place to land. Furthermore, she connected us to the right lenders, inspectors, and service providers needed to ensure the entire process was seamless.

ZillowVERIFIED PollyAnna was fantastic. We live in Houston and purchased a second home in Big Sky. She was able to navigate us through the process after we had returned to Texas. She was instrumental in helping us find a local lender who was a joy to work with. PollyAnna also was available with VERY short notice when we found a house we liked while on vacation. We hadnt been in touch with her for a few months, as we had decided to put the house search process on hold. Once we were ready, though...she couldnt have been better.

ZillowVERIFIED PollyAnna Snyder is the best Real Estate professional we have had the pleasure of working with. Of all her attributes, her listening skills are second to none. We consider a that major factor in finding us our dream home. As out of state buyers, she was able to help us find our beautiful home by truly understanding us and our picky nuances. Unlike when we sold our home through another selling agent, there were no surprises with this purchase. She was always one step ahead and incredibly responsive when we had questions. We cant thank her enough! Dan and Debi

ZillowVERIFIED PollyAnna at Montana 406 Real Estate was recommended to us through Dave Ramseys Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) program. Within a few minutes of requesting information for an ELP, PollyAnna had called and introduced herself to me. She was very prompt in getting back to us with all of our questions - and we had many as a first time homebuyer! She was knowledgeable about the market and great with digging up more information about the properties we were looking at. She walked us through each step and didnt leave us hanging.

ZillowVERIFIED PollyAnna was an amazing realtor! She helped us through a somewhat difficult home buying process, and was there every step of the way. As first time home buyers we didnt know much about the process but PA was extremely helpful telling us about everything she did and why she did it. We started the process looking for a townhome or condo, and ended up in a gorgeous single family home all thanks to PollyAnna! She worked directly with our bank throughout the process so everything was done right. Should we decide to buy or sell any other homes in the future we wont look any farther than PA.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend PA enough. I have recently used her enormous talents to sell my home. She had sound advice and fantastic contacts to get the house ready for sale. I had to relocate for work before the house was completely ready for market and she has remained in constant contact and overseen remaining work at the house. I trust her instincts and advice implicitly. As a result of her experience and talents, the house was on the market for less than 24 hours before receiving 2 full list price bids. What a huge relief to be able to settle into my new job and life knowing that PA is minding the store and the house went under contract at an amount exactly where I wanted and needed to sell! Of course anything can happen before we close, but I am extremely confident that Pollyanna has my best interests in play and will steer us towards a very successful transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED It wasn't until recent that I came to realize the diverse and broad selection of homes that Polly Anna brokers. A very wide range! For us, we would be on the smaller scale, lower-priced-end of the spectrum - but you would never know! The professional treatment and sheer tenacity that Polly Anna gave, in working for us, was both apparent (every step of the way) and appreciated! In preparing our home to sell, PA gave us fantastic advice that I firmly believe, without it, we probably wouldn't have thought of or done what was suggested. Following that advice was something that I feel was truly instrumental in having the interest in and ultimately selling the property. (Psst! Listen to her!) I have to add, that PA also was our agent in the purchase of our new home and if/when we do it again, she will be called upon to handle our business! And finally, what is written here will also be shared with any family or friends who are in need of a Professional Real Estate Agent. Thank you, Bret and Polly Anna!
