ZillowVERIFIEDPola was professional, responsive, prompt and beyond patient. We had so many questions and really didnt understand the little details of selling our home. She guided us from step 1 to closing process, and was always available to answer all our questions. She truly cares about her clients and helping educate them about the process of selling our home. We will definitely use her in the future. Thanks Again Pola

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Pola for all your real estate needs. Pola is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. In short, she was always on my side working to make my home purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Pola was that she was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than she was on closing a deal. I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Pola she is very professional n patient. We must of seen over 25 houses before making our final decision. She even went out of here way to insure that we were satisfied. Very knowledgeable and helped us big time with the negotiation. We are very pleased with her services and the purchase of our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I loved working with Pola. She was easy to get a hold of. She was honest and gave me the real answers to my questions, not just what I wanted to hear. Pola helped me stage my house and took the photos to post...my house sold in 12 days!! I felt very comfortable working with her and plan to again as soon as I buy a house!

ZillowVERIFIED Pola was amazing to work with! She made the entire process go so smoothly that if we ever sell or buy again she will definitely be the person we contact. The recommendations she gave us throughout the process for people she works with were equally as amazing and a key in making my family feel comfortable about everything. Even though I know Pola has many different clients she works with, her response time and memory of our conversations and interactions made it feel like we were her only client.

ZillowVERIFIED As I'm sure you all know, buying a home (especially your first home) is a nerve wrecking process. She made the experience very pleasant and comforting. Pola Jaramillo was great at calming my nerves! Pola is so knowledgable and attentive, that's a big plus for me as an anxious home buyer. Her insight was superb. There wasn't a question I posed that she couldn't answer about the market, the properties, the home "terminology", etc. I highly recommend her, have referred her to family, friends and coworkers; and I know I will use her for any future services!
