ZillowVERIFIED Our situation was difficult because not only did we have to sell one property before we bought, but we were two separate parties that were buying one property, each with our own needs. Poe did a great job listening to what each of us wanted and provided us with a great assortment of properties to look at. After the viewings she would sit down with us and discuss the property in detail, what she like, didnt like, what we though, etc and help us come to a decision as to whether to put a bid on the property and how much to bid making sure we were not out bidding the market for the area, protecting our possible investment. Once our bid was accepted, she provided home inspectors and title companies to finish off the closing and was present at the home inspections and final walk throughs. Things got tight near the end, as we ended up closing on the property were were selling one week before we closed on the other property and Poe took everything in stride showing confidence in the timing of the two closings keeping us, and most importantly, the seller, calm and focused. She has the great combination of being kind, attentive and business worthy and we would highly recommend her to anyone.

The Zillow operator told me that I would receive a call from someone very soon. Within 10-15 minutes, I received a call from Poe Cilley, who introduced herself over the phone. Poe's mannerism over the phone was unbelievable. She was not only very knowledgeable and helpful, she was also very genuine, and struck me as a person who really wanted to help me. I remember when I ended my conversation with Poe, I made the comment to my wife, that the realtor that I just spoke to seemed very nice. Boy was this an understatement. Through the next several weeks, Poe assisted me every step of the way with the obstacles that arose in purchasing this property. With me not being from this geographical area, Poe, took it upon herself to assist me with securing an attorney, having someone check the title, as well as meeting several construction inspectors at the property by herself, due to me not being able to make the long out of state drive.
