My representative Grant Colwell did an outstanding job in selling my house that have been sitting for about one year. He found me in January and was telling me he could sell it in 90 days and he did just that we closed on it April 11. He was very responsive when I called him. Grant was phenomenal to say the least! He did what he said he would do, as a matter of fact, he exceeded expectations. He promised to have my home (that was on the market prior for more than 6 months) sold in 30 days and my home was sold in 24hours after going live. He didnt even get to put a sign in my yard. We met Lenny Giles as he was hosting an open house for a different realtor. We slowly realized that the realtor Zillow had assigned us didn't want to work with us at the beginning of our house hunting trip. So we contacted Lenny. What a huge blessing that turned out to be! I don't think I have ever met someone with such an amazing gift of hospitality as Lenny Giles has. He was incredibly thoughtful, patient, easy going, direct when we needed it, helpful, kind, gentle, protective and always made sure to watch out for all 7 of the family and friends in our house hunting party. He would suggest scenic routes to the next house, and then surprise us at the next location with cold waters and Gatorades. He carved out so much time for us with several impromptu house hunting trips. He took us out to meals full of laughter after long days of complicated searches. We were looking for a multi gen home with so many specifics. He quickly got on board with what we needed and gave such helpful insights about areas, details about the homes and the Space Coast in general. He instantly bonded with our teens, my husband's parents and with my husband and me. His humor and joy are contagious. He was on point with every bit of advice or any resources he provided. He was always available for us somehow in the middle of a very busy life helping family, neighbors, friends and work friends as well as excelling at his job. He is an expert at connecting and staying connected to people everywhere he goes. He is so creative and always finding new ways to serve people and make their lives better. He always makes time for concerns or even just fun chit chat. He brings encouragement, understanding and clarity when emotions may run high and the craziness of timing, money, details, packing, projects, shifting closings and transitioning from one state to another becomes intense. He always makes time to hear every person's thoughts and perspective. He doesn't pander, ignore or have an agenda. It's like he is the combination of the perfect doula, bedside nurse, concierge, coach, dad and very knowledgeable and peace-filled friend to help families through one of the more challenging transitions in life. We highly recommend him!!
