We slowly realized that the realtor Zillow had assigned us didn't want to work with us at the beginning of our house hunting trip. So we contacted Lenny. What a huge blessing that turned out to be! I don't think I have ever met someone with such an amazing gift of hospitality as Lenny Giles has. He is an expert at connecting and staying connected to people everywhere he goes. He is so creative and always finding new ways to serve people and make their lives better. He always makes time for concerns or even just fun chit chat. He brings encouragement, understanding and clarity when emotions may run high and the craziness of timing, money, details, packing, projects, shifting closings and transitioning from one state to another becomes intense. He always makes time to hear every person's thoughts and perspective. He doesn't pander, ignore or have an agenda. It's like he is the combination of the perfect doula, bedside nurse, concierge, coach, dad and very knowledgeable and peace-filled friend to help families through one of the more challenging transitions in life. We highly recommend him!!
