ZillowVERIFIEDRealtor PJ Braun was the seller's agent, and I was the buyer. He did not end up keeping his promise, his words are cheap. He acknowledged the seller did not deliver some of exterior door keys on a $1 million transaction and tried to get the seller to deliver the keys post closing but did not succeed. He then promised to reimburse the keys out of his own pocket but did not honor my estimate of key replacement and after 6 months of post closing he did not come up with his own estimate and finally advised me that he will not reimburse me for the keys.
