ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with PJ to find and buy our new home in Erie! In the midst of a very challenging sellers market, PJ worked with us to identify and view many homes that matched our preferences until we found the one. He also did a great job shepherding us through the offer and contract stage and helped facilitate a quick and smooth closing process. I highly recommend PJ for your next home buying process!

I am very happy with his professional approach to a very stressful situation. He listened to every concern I had, even from 3200 miles away. Mom is scheduled to be in her own new home by 9/1. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I began our home search this past winter, and PJ helped us out from the start. He even recommended the mortgage company that we ended up getting financed through, as well as recommendations for inspectors and our closing attorney. When we finally found the perfect place for us, he gave us excellent advice and answered all of our questions quickly and in detail. We never had to wait long for a response from him when we needed his advice, or had a question. It ended up being a very challenging sale, the sellers were often extremely difficult and unresponsive, very frustrating! But PJ stayed on it and kept us informed every step of the way. He was supportive and encouraging, while also being very thorough. Even when things seemed impossible we never lost confidence in him, and cannot thank him enough for all that he did on our behalf. We would definitely recommend PJ to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property, and wants someone representing them who will be 100% on their side, and will fight for them, and help them achieve their dreams. As of today we are very happy homeowners, and cant wait to start this new chapter in our lives. Thank you, PJ!

ZillowVERIFIED I was living in Florida and had to make a move to Pennsylvania on short notice. Pj met me for a quick weekend home search spent the entire Saturday looking at homes. Before I boarded my flight back to Florida on Sunday my offer was in and negotiations were started. Prior to this he had set me up with an excellent broker Amanda which enabled a seamless process and communications with all parties throughout the process. Pj gained all respect from my family with his professional service.

ZillowVERIFIED Ours was a unique situation, we have been looking for our "dream" house for over a year. We were on our way to a winery and happened to spot the house for sale (keep in mind that at this point it was late Saturday evening and we were leaving by noon on Monday). I called and left a message, explaining the same, PJ called me back quickly and we scheduled an appt to see the house Monday at 10am. The rest is history. PJ was personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. We knew he had our backs, settlement ran smoothly, we would recommend PJ to everyone looking for excellent service.

ZillowVERIFIED PJ was wonderful to work with. He is clearly knowledgeable about the local market and offered common sense recommendations for minor improvements and what to expect with the process. PJ was responsive to any questions I had and communicated regularly with me when a development arose. PJ is very personable and definitely was a partner in this process with me. A 5-star rating doesn't give him nearly the credit he deserves.
