ZillowOur home ( 7 Taylor Drive New Brunswick NJ ) had been on the mkt in late 2015 for 9 months , the best offer we had was 43K UNDER OUR LIST PRICE ! DESPERATE for better results we followed a friend's advise and signed with Pinny . We could tell right away that he was special , not just charming and funny but it was like he had his fingers on the very " pulse of the times " . we followed his every suggestion on preparing our home anew for the mkt . End result....we had 3 offers the 1st week and sold for 2K OVER OUR LIST PRICE , A 45K DIFFERENCE!!! Then he found us a perfect rental home for 7 of us where we can help raise our grandsons and keep them in their current highly rated school system.
